10/10 Exceptional
We LOVED our little overnight staycation at the Edison House. This is in a very beautiful, safe part of Charlotte, and we loved being able to walk around to restaurants and to Freedom Park nearby our first day and Starbucks in the morning on our next day. The room was so well-decorated, spotless, and comfortable. I know there were other people staying there at the same time because I saw their cars in the parking lot, but we didn't see or hear anyone else while we were there! So quiet and peaceful. It feels like a boutique hotel, just without in-person concierge. I loved how proactive the automated text messages from Kasa were. We had everything we needed (codes to get in, info for parking, check-in and check-out) before we needed it. We didn't have any issues, but it seemed like they would be very responsive if we did. I only wish we had more time to stay! We will definitely be back.
