10/10 Exceptional

Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth Charlotte is an exceptional lodging! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and coffee, however, they provided Copper Cow pour over with a hot water heating pot in the room. The Jr. Suite is well stocked for kitchen (and cleanup) and a bathroom with all the amenities you would want. The sound machine was a very nice touch. If you have Apple Music or Spotify they have a playlist created just for you. Nice big TV in the room plus another in the common area. Huge outdoor courtyard with a fire pit if you choose. The area is very nice and appears to be safely walkable. Virtual front desk was flawless with check-in and check out, and responded quickly with my questions. Less than 2 miles from Charlotte OrthoCarolina Hospital and a 7 minute drive. Visiting again when my surgery is scheduled. Thank you Kasa Edison House for a lovely stay!! UPDATE 9-14: My husband and I stayed here again. Beautiful room/suite and even more stunning than the last! He was mostly there as I was at CLT Ortho Hosp for surgery (only 1.9 miles away!). The original room was on the 2nd floor so we requested 1st floor because of my surgery. Although they do not promise specific rooms, they were able to accommodate!! He brought a scooter and rode to several places that are actually within walking distance. The experience truly gave him a peaceful haven to relax. Thanks again Kasa Edison House!!

Home away from home Perfect location and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller, the location was also nice and peaceful I enjoyed going for walks and was also very close to food spots and event spaces I appreciated the home away from home feel, I enjoyed the privacy and had all the amenities that I needed. I didn’t even use all the towels there was so many, the bed was super comfy the best I’ve slept in a while. I also tried out for the first time a little radio that played different soundscapes which helped me sleep better, a super thoughtful item. It was also great value for money and very clean. Service was also super quick I enquired about late check out and was responded too so quickly. I was able to sort out an early check in and a late check out with so much ease. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you Kasa!

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing space in a great neighborhood! This experience was amazing from start to finish! Great location. Parking. Beautifully appointed room that was spacious. Super clean and comfortable with all you need! Communication was incredible! I’ve never received all the info I need up front in such an organized way. Will be my go-to for future stays in Charlotte! Just a couple things to note. The air is controlled centrally so you cannot adjust the temp in your space. Luckily there was a heater in the closet because our space was entirely too cold. The other thing is someone was knocking on our door the minute the clock turned 11am. I had not texted that we had checked out because we had our bags in our hands and were about to walk out the door so a little grace period before knocking on the door would be better. Neither of these would keep me from staying again because everything else was just perfection !

10/10 Exceptional

Kasa communication was TOP TIER! We encountered other guests who were loud and disturbing. I was able to reach out at 1am and the issue was resolved. The unit was spotless. Had enough towels, dishes and all needed for your stay. Had all the essentials for our stay in Charlotte. The communication regarding directions was also very easy and appreciated. I will definitely stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

My boyfriend and I stayed the night in Charlotte for a concert being held at the spectrum center. We decided to go with kasa, and we’re so glad we did. The space was cozy and had lots of amenities we were thankful for. We were left complementary water and a snack which was sweet and unexpected. Kasa was a great fit for us and we would definitely come back !
