The suite was incredibly well-appointed. We loved the spacious rooms and thoughtfulness of everything that was provided. We look forward to staying at Kasa again.

Easy, seamless entry and exit- didn’t have to do any cleaning and no rules to follow at check out except leaving the FOB
Likes: Clean- spacious and close to downtown!
Dislikes: Didn’t have a full length mirror/ going to a formal event and would have like to check out the entire gown.

WOORST EXPERIENCE EEVEER!!!! The Service (there is none) is a nightmare!!! Virtual front desk is for NOTHIIIIING!!! Don’t stay here, I repeat - DONT Stay here unless you want to have a bunch of problems and want to stay alone with them! The worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at! The room even had no daylight it was in the woods. You really ruined our trip to Charlotte!!

Easy peasy process. We only needed a bed for the night close to a venue. The residence was simple, clean, safe, easy to get to and appeared to have a lot of nice amenities (we didn't use anything but the bed and shower). For what we needed, I would definitely use them again.

Very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. We stayed here for a concert and the location offered a good amount of restaurants nearby and was close to the Skyla amphitheater. Would recommend.

Beware! This is not an actual hotel. This is a glorified overcomplicated Airbnb.
When I arrived I was very confused because I ended up on the street in front of an apartment building with zero signage that shows that this is some kind of a casa hotel. The Uber driver had to circle around multiple times because we couldn't find a clear entrance into the building. When I got to the entrance there were zero instructions on how to check in.
I had to spend 20 minutes at night on the street with a person in the Philippines who was trying to help me to get inside but the instructions were wrong. We were both confused about how I can get into the room. When I got into the room itself, the things here don't work and the lights don't turn on. The quality of experience is mediocre at best.
For the amount of money that I paid to be staying here, this is an absolutely outrageous horrifying experience. If you're somebody considering this place, please do not. Save yourself the trouble and either get a real Airbnb or a hotel.

Good location and the accommodations were better than expected. My only complaint is that there was a stain on the comforter. It was obviously clean just stained probably from extended use. The host attempted to rectify the issue and I have no other complaints. I would definitely use this again if needed.

Had a day trip with some friends. The place was very clean, spacious, & modern. The only critique I have is the complex’s lower level is for Airbnb but the floors above are tenant’s.. the people above us during our stay were very loud. I woke up at 5am at one point because it was so loud. I know this is out of the host’s control but just something to note. The host is very responsive & informative. I loved the space & everything was so close. The host was also very understanding because we were running a few minutes behind after check-out time. If I stayed in a different room I would visit again.

We would stay again given the room amenities for the cost.
Likes: Amenities including full kitchen and separate living area
Dislikes: The HVAC was very noisy and cold air was too forceful and uncomfortable at couch and dining table. The instructions with number code to enter gate failed to include the # sign which was necessary to get gate to open.
