Don’t waste your money. I arrived late Thursday night and all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed before my 12hr shift the next morning. At first glance when I came into the room everything looked fine, but as I started looking around I realized it had not been properly cleaned. I found a half empty can of Pringles in the kitchen cabinet, then moved on to take a shower and found fake eyelashes on the shower shelf. After already feeling gross from the dirty shower, I tried to go to bed, but was met with dirty sheets when pulling back the covers. I knew nothing was going to be done about it at that time of night and I still had to get some sleep, so I slept on top of the bedding, with my own pillow and blanket, hoping for a resolution in the morning. The next morning I contacted the property for a partial refund because I wanted to leave badly, however my request was denied. The property said they put in a work order for the cleaners to come by, but they did not know a timeframe. Sadly, I had high hopes my room would be clean by time I got off work that Friday night, but I received a message stating the cleaners had left for the day. With this in mind, all I could think of was that I was about to stay not only 1, but 2 of my 3 booked nights in a dirty room, on a dirty bed. I asked if they could at least let me stay in another room until my room was clean, but they claimed they were fully booked. I checked out and checked into a clean hotel for the rest of the weekend
