Reviews of Kasa Impala Miami BeachReviews of Kasa Impala Miami Beach

There was no couch or coffee table as shown in the photographs. Lighting was very dim/dark. Other patrons were smoking when clearly it was a no smoking property.

Top Lage. Sauberkeit eher mäßig Likes: Sehr gute Lage. Einfacher Zugang.

Hidden gem What a neat little hotel! In the Art Deco area. A "smart" hotel so there isn't a front desk staff. When you walk into the lobby you can imagine how it was in the day. Accommodations were very comfortable. A large bath, sitting room with large screen TV. Bedroom was separate from sitting area. Beds were very comfy.

Likes: La ubicacion.

Only half of the shower head worked, the countertops in the bathroom were hard and almost dangerous, the shower leaked from the tiles onto the bathroom floor, only 1 toilet paper was in the bathroom (halfway used), kept waking up with weird bites all over my ankles, pretty sure they had bed bugs.

Comfortable stay near the South Beach

The room condition / the location / the price were perfect. But their VIRTUAL FRONT OFFICE was the worst experience in my life. Virtual office staff has no willingness to solve the problem happening in the hotel. They just reply with AI like attitude. We had to deal with every issue by ourselves.

Lugar limpo, melhor custo benefício! Likes: O quarto super limpo, tinha shampoo, acondicionador e sabonete.

It was ok Likes: Not far from beach. Could walk. Clean. Dislikes: Seemed old small rooms

(Translated by Google) Excellent accommodation, unbeatable value for money and a great location.

Wonderful stay with responsive host, clean and neat. Great area. My only complaint would be the noise. There were children running and playing outside my room door and it was well past quiet hours. They sound like they were up and down the hallway and in & out the room next door to me.

Very disappointing Likes: Would have liked the property if we actually stayed there, its in a good location. Dislikes: Made reservation 12/17/24 for 2 rooms as we had daughter and SIL surprising husband for this trip. Flights changed nd we had to modify by adding another day, did this 7/14/25, unfortunately the property didnt modify the reservation, so as we landed in Florida for our stay we received and email about our 1 day reservation starting the NEXT day. Contacted the property to get this fixed as we were on our way there. A lot of back and forth and only 1 room could be changed. We are travelling as a group, and they had never been to Miami before so didnt want to leave them on their own. Property coyld not fix their error so we requested to cancel both rooms and had to find other accommodation. Now the property wont refund one room, even though they were at fault for this error. Ive been a reservation manager for over 10 years and am well aware of how this process should have worked. Very disappointed and will never recommend or stay here on our next trip to South beach, customer service is non existent, especially when THEY made the error. Now to deal with the bank to get a chargeback.

Was nice stay Likes: They are very interested and helpful Dislikes: Could have cleaning

Likes: Excelente localização, limpo e bom espaço no quarto.

Location is 100! Great location and access to beach chairs are a win!! Close to great restaurants and very friendly staff! Also if you like a good drag queen brunch we were able to walk to it and have some fun. Perfect place to enjoy with friends!

This hotel is close to the beach and surrounded by fun things to do. We had trouble locating the correct entrance. This hotel is directly behind the address given. The other hotel next door on the right has a street front entrance. Kasa Impala has a trail and a gate to the left of the restaurant. On-site staff was had to locate. This hotel has a virtual Check-in system. They well store your luggage, but refused to let us check in early. This was a very long wait when disembarking from a long cruise at 9am! Very hot day. We were on a budget. There is no pool at this location to rest or enjoy a long wait. The on-site staff did not speak much English and there is no elevator to the second floor. No services to help carry heavy luggage. The bed was comfortable, the shower looked nice until you got close enough to see layers of soap residue left behind in every corner. It just needs a better cleaning. Overall, we will choose another place to stay next time.
