We were extremely impressed with this property. The apartment was gorgeous, well equipped and centrally located within the historic district/restaurants/shopping. We would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Simple, Immaculate, Luxurious Absolutely perfect, spotless, beautiful and best bedding ever. Easy, incredible location will definitely be my number 1 place in Savannah.

Wonderful

Getting access was a nightmare. Entrance to property is not on Bull St, rather around the corner on Perry. Did not receive code to enter bldg, which is different from code to enter room. Called -3444#, representative either couldn’t or wouldn’t help with bldg access code. Finally received assistance from property manager who rents space in bldg but does not manage property. Bridgette, property manager happened to be onsite and came to let us into bldg. Unit, Jade Suite, was lovely, like out of a magazine. Advertised as king bed, it was a queen. No ice in fridge or on property and nowhere to get any in neighborhood. Great location!

OMG! Where do I start? I will never stay in a hotel again when this option is available. I am hooked!

Best place I've ever stayed for the price. Exceptional value--great location (10-minute walk or less to many downtown attractions, including the riverbank), excellent room and amenities, the best "Front Desk" ever (no waiting!), and very helpful staff. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and rentals in my life, and this was the best experience and the best value for the money spent. I want to stay in a Kasa-managed property again!

This place is amazing. We stay in a lot of Airbnb’s, especially in Savannah and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. First it was extremely clean and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The layout was the perfect amount of space and the location is ideal. I highly recommend. Everything was new and it is appreciated by your clients. Thank you!!

It is a beautiful property and we would highly recommend it for price, location, service and ambiance. It is a very walkable location with access to restaurants, bars, tourist sites. The apt is roomy and very attractive. We would stay again !

Loved our stay at The Jules in historic Savannah! Perfect location and the unit was very spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We walked to everything - restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is definitely worth the price. It appeared newly remodeled very tastefully. Very clean, no clutter, and a smell of clean linen. Centrally located for everything downtown Savannah. 11 out of 10 wouldn't change a thing

Gorgeous renovation, high ceilings, well appointed 1 bedroom apartment that's perfectly located.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb that was beautifully decorated and located in a great area, but unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by several issues. The biggest concern was that you never know what room you'll actually get, as the property is a remodeled building with multiple rooms. While the room I ended up with was lovely, it was frustrating not knowing what to expect until arrival. Additionally, the host, Kasa, sent me a link to complete an extra background check outside of the app, which made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they also asked for extra payment for my dog outside of the app, which felt like a breach of trust. Had I known about these additional requirements, I might not have booked with them in the first place.

Great Savannah location This unit was EXCELLENT. Within blocks of downtown and easy to access. Unit was spectacular and better than any hotel stay.

This was our first time staying at a Kasa property and it was stunning! Beautifully appointed furniture and finishing touches, high ceilings, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, easy check in and check out. The historic charm of Savannah and this property’s location in the midst of it could not have been more perfect.

This was one of the most luxurious bookings we’ve had via Airbnb. We could unfortunately stay only one night…would have stayed more if we could. Clean, newly renovated, high end finishing touches, full kitchen, high ceilings, beautifully appointed furnishings and decor. We highly recommend any of the units at this Kasa location.

One thing to be aware of is that ownership has changed hands. Many previous reviews mention the welcoming and helpful owners, but they have sold. The buyer is KASA, a corporation that owns short term vacation properties in many locations. All other proir commentary is relevant, the units are spacious, charming and clean. Great amenites including washer dryer, full kitchen, beautful furniture and decorations. Location is ideal on the pretty and famous Chippewa square, the location of the Forrest Gump bus stop scene. Dozens of sites, shopping and restaurants are in short walking distance. There is a great coffee shop right on the square. Kasa was easy to deal with, though it was an adjustment for us as Kasa closed the deal after we booked with the prior owners. Entry instructions were easy and we received timely responses to questions. But there is no direct human interaction. The Jules does not have parking and spothero was recommended, however we got very lucky and parked at the metered spots right in front of the Jules for three days straight. Cost was a dollar an hour from 8am-8pm and free overnight and all day Sunday. The Jules and Chippewa Square are private and quiet at night. However, behind the Jules is a bar named McDonough's and they go hard well into the night. But the rooms have white noise machines and that cancelled out the noise. We will definitely be back to the Jules and will check other kasa properties as well.

My husband always finds The Best lodging available in the many destinations we travel. He outdid himself with our recent stay at The Jules to celebrate my 60th birthday. The building is a beautiful recent renovation of a historic site perfectly located in the center of Savannah's historic district. We stayed in the Sapphire room, an elegant suite with large rooms and high ceilings. The tastefully furnished decor creates a bright and open setting that's also warm and charming. Each room is perfectly appointed from the full kitchen, to the living room, bedroom, and bath. The deep cleaning they do between each guest is very apparent; the best I've experienced. The owner, Jesus, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend The Jules.

Perfectly Amazing We stayed for our anniversary in December 2023 and I am finally getting around to writing a review ... also at risk of this amazing secret getting out! First, I accidently found this place while looking at Google Maps. I saw a 5-star rated place and decided to click on it. When I opened the website and looked at "The Jules," I knew it was the perfect place to book. I had not seen it advertised anywhere else so I felt I got lucky stumbling across it. The property is keyless self-entry, but we met the owner when we arrived and he gave us a quick tour and some history of the place. He was wonderful and we appreciated his hospitality! He found out it was our anniversary and gave us a bottle of champagne later that day. We easily found convenient parking right on the street and left our car there the entire weekend because everything was within walking distance. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the riverfront and we did that several times throughout the weekend. Parking fees were through the city app and it was easy and pretty inexpensive. We booked the "Jade Suite" and it was gorgeous! We had all the amenities we could ask for and more! There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for longer stays. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and we slept great. There wasn't much noise coming from the streets even late at night with restaurants and bars nearby. This property is also available to book for groups and weddings. The owner told us if the rooms are available, large parties can rent the entire house and he has had wedding parties rent it out. Our stay was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again!

The Jules! A perfect name for this historic home! We stayed in the Sapphire Room, one of six available suites. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, meticulously clean with kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Jesus, the owner and his wife, remodeled each suite with high end decor and attention to detail creating modern comforts in a historic home. Cuisinart, Vitamix, Oneida, Keurig, Bosch name brands and Ethan Allan decor. Even had a washer/dryer! The bed was soooo comfy. Bathroom elegant. Loved the robe! I could go on and on. We also appreciated Jesus’ hospitality greeting us as we arrived, offering restaurant suggestions and providing complimentary room snacks. With only six suites, the secure rooms are separated nicely creating privacy in the building. The Jules is located in the heart of the historic area across the street from the beautiful Chippewa Square making it easy and safe to enjoy strolls thru the historic areas. Yet we loved our room so much we couldn’t wait to come back and enjoy it after sightseeing! Highly, highly recommend The Jules!

The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. Check in and parking were a little tricky. Once inside we could not have asked for anything better, the rooms were gorgeous and location was perfect.

If you are going to Savannah for 1 night, 3 nights, a week I highly recommend The Jules! It is beautiful and the location is perfect. The square across the street is stunning! Jesus made sure we had everything we needed before and while we were there. The Jules should be on everyone's bucket list!

We just returned from a long weekend in Savannah. The Jules was amazing! We stayed in the Sapphire Suite. Jesus was quick to answer my many texts/emails and even personally met us at check-in, helped with luggage, and gave us a tour. The suite was thoughtfully decorated, VERY CLEAN and comfy. Very walkable to anything in the historic district and a 10-15 min walk to the riverfront area. It is an older building so expect to hear neighbors above/below and the occasional weekend noise. Tip: bring earplugs or white noise machine. We had a white noise machine which helped greatly. Fully equipped kitchen to cook meals. Tasty snacks provided and they even had a bottle of chilled champagne in fridge for our anniversary-such a sweet touch. We will definitely stay again when in Savannah!

The Jewel of Savannah hotels At the risk of giving away the secret - this small boutique hotel has quickly become the only place to stay. My husband and I are major hotel snobs - ok we did not even like the Perry Lane down the street (overrated). We walked by the Jules one day and I looked it up. I couldn't believe we had not found it on hotel sites. This is an all suite hotel and I mean sweet. Check the photos out on their site. The rooms are huge with full kitchens - as large as my kitchen in a NYC co op - and sitting/living rooms and separate bedrooms. Everything is immaculate. The whole place was renovated by the present owners, who were on site most days we were there and very available for questions. I toured some of the other rooms as we decided on the spot to return for a month next year. We were in a first floor queen bed room because I had booked late this time. and while this was probably the least impressive room at the Jules it was definitely one of the nicest rooms we'd ever stayed in. We were there long enough to go over to Provisions, the little gourmet shop around the corner, to buy breakfast stuff. But the Jules is also a block from Collins Quarter, which has one of the best breakfasts in town, as well as the coffee shop on the corner that is a big hangout for everyone. It is in the middle of everything but very quiet at night. Also we are absolute mattress snobs. We sleep on temperpedics and are just very picky and old with bad backs. Our Jules bed was very comfy. Oh and each suite has its own washer and dryer. The ones in our room were full size Samsung machines like top of the line. I used them. I can't recommend this place enough. Like I said, we have already booked a month next winter and will be back before then as well.

We stayed in the Opal Suite for our vow renewal ceremony, which we had just around the corner at Soho South. It was such a wonderful, relaxing place to stay! It is truly gorgeous. It looks just like the photos. The owner is very welcoming and friendly - he made a point to meet us when we arrived and offered to help carry things in! Communication via email and text was easy. The Opal Suite is large and was a great size for our weekend. Since Savannah was a destination for all of our guests and ourselves, we had plenty of space to host some people for lunch and cocktails. We also had ample space to store our ceremony supplies. The wedding planner had no problem delivering everything to our suite afterwards. It wasn't a problem for us, but realize that you are in downtown in an old building - bring earplugs, there are still pub crawl tours during the week. Staying at The Jules was an extra special part of our weekend in Savannah!

There is no better place to stay in downtown Savannah than The Jules! As a local, we rent this property every year for a weekend and the location is perfect, but more importantly the property is gorgeous! Always spotless, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, you truly can’t go wrong. And as if all that isn’t enough, the owners are beyond amazing. So helpful and accommodating. They care for their guests and make you feel right at home, they are warm and welcoming. The Jules is truly a gem in the heart of downtown Savannah!

Wow- what an absolutely stunning and magical place! Our family spent St Patrick’s Day weekend there and had the most memorable experience! We stayed in the Pearl suite which is on the 2nd floor overlooking one of Savannahs stunning squares… all the apartments are absolutley flawless though. To top it off- Jesus, the property manager went above and beyond to make his home feel like ours and even helped us being our bags in from the car. Highly reccommened!!

The Jules is wonderful. This was a fabulous place to stay during our daughter’s wedding. Its location was perfect: within a block or two of all of our wedding venues as well the many local restaurants. The suite was large, very comfortable and well equipped for our stay. Jesus was a joy to work with.I would recommend The Jules wholeheartedly.
