10/10 Exceptional
This Airbnb had everything our family could have needed for our quick Charlotte vacation. It was clean, safe, and well kept, and everything about it felt like a home away from home!
I will say, though, the check-in process isn't as easy as other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Not that it's super complicated, but the Kasa is part of an upscale apartment/condo building, so there is more to it than pull up, park, and relax. With that said, everything about the Airbnb itself was great and deserved five stars, so the extra steps to get settled in were worth it to us in the end!
