Reviews of Kasa Dilworth CharlotteReviews of Kasa Dilworth Charlotte

overall this airbnb rental was a very good value and Kasa's support was excellent, even if they didn't have all the information we asked for.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Berkshire Dilworth. The king size bed was great, the gym in the building was well equipped. Thank you for the terrific service

Excellent value! Decided to try Kasa while hubs and I visited IKEA, which is about 15 min drive, and we wanted something different from typical hotel situation. Excellent check-in instructions, everything we needed in apartment, plus secure, underground parking. Dilworth is a lovely Charlotte neighborhood. Very quiet 9p to 6a; typical city sounds otherwise and infrequent helicopter or ambulance arriving at hospital across street. Great park next door that provides walking access to grocery, shopping and restaurants in 10-15 min. TV: we used our phone for hotspot in order to login and access our personal streaming services like YouTube TV and Netflix. Since that worked for us, we didn't reach out for help on other ways to view TV, but mentioning in case useful. Will definitely consider Kasa for future trips.

Great place!! Clean and GREAT location.

Nice place to stay.

This Kasa was just as described! We were familiar with the location and loved being able to walk to whatever we needed. Kasa also allowed us to make changes to our reservation when needed.

We picked this because of the location, we had a family member in CMC. It was absolutely perfect for going back and forth from the hospital. My only complaint was dogs barking early morning and noisier than expected.

The place was nice. It came with everything we needed, location perfect was not too far from everything. However I did have to change the pillow cases myself & the door was cracked open upon arrival which was a little weird. Airbnb was nice overall.

Overall great experience. The apartment and area were both very nice, and the Kasa team was extremely responsive and helpful at all hours. Check in and check out we’re both easy; just make sure you remember your way around to bring the parking pass back up to the room. Overall a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at a Kasa property again.

Beautiful air bnb. Very clean and everything I needed was emailed before the trip.

Our two day stay at Kasa Dilwprth was terrible from beginning to the end. Our room had been reserved and paid for the week prior to arrival. Upon arrival it took over an hour to get inside the hotel altogether because the codes emailed to us were incorrect. Then we had to call the “help” line several times to get correct codes. The front desk Is completely virtual. Only employee i saw throughout the two days was the housekeeper after checkout. When we walked into our room the heat was turned up to 75 degrees and it was hot. There were no instructions on how to use the Nest thermostat. We ended up Googling instructions on the thermostat. The same night we discovered the ice maker did not work in our room and they do not have community ice machines. The second day they brought us bagged ice. The second night our heat broke, in January. I spent that night fully dressed with gloves, beanie, and leather boots. Our final day we requested clean linens and luggage carts we were on 5th floor. The hotel had no luggage carts at all. We also were told to utilise our washer and dryer to wash my towels. Initially we were provided with two sets each for two night stay. They refused to bring clean towels, wash cloths, hand towels etc. i did give two stars simply because the hotel room was nicely decorated and clean.

Disappointed that the pool and hang out area closes at sunset. We never got to use it. Wished we would have known that.

TOP NOTCH If I would elaborate on my stay it would be way too much. So I’ll keep this short and simple. No complaints, clean, comfortable, and more than I expected. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

Overall experience was a 10+. The “Kasa” was very clean and cute. I really enjoyed myself. It was so comfortable and everything that I needed was there plus more. Most of all the directions given was definitely on point, even the dumbest dummy couldn’t go wrong. I will definitely stay again or use this company at another location they are highly recommended coming from me!

Nice , clean and big apartment. Nice location . Had trouble with WIFI , and thermometer and everything was code and password related . It took longer to get info every thing we needed cause we needed to email every request .

This place was perfect. So very elegant and spacious. I slept so well and it was close to my family whom I was visiting over the holiday. I will definitely choose this place in the future. Many thanks,

The apartment was clean, modern and ended up being a great value for our money. Will look for Kasa on my next travel experience.

Best deal in Charlotte Wonderful stay - great communication and easy check in and check out. We loved the kitchen and the shower was huge. Beautiful property that would be better in the summer so we could use the pool/outside area. Very safe and friendly place.

Our Kasa at the Berkshire in Dilworth was by far the NICEST place I have ever stayed for a work event. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, the kitchen looked like something out of a magazine, we had a private balcony, the comfiest bed, a double sink vanity in the bathroom, and a laundry room big enough to sleep in. The entire building was super clean and easily accessible to downtown Charlotte and restaurants. The Kasa team made check in super easy with the virtual front desk and responded within minutes of any questions I had. 10/10 on everything in my book!!🤩

Awesome place! Very clean, had all the amenities needed, great location. A good find for couples wanting a unique place to stay.

Home away from home. Had everything we needed. The keurig and tea bags were a nice touch. I love tea so that was helpful. Close to everything. More than enough dishes and utensils. Pots n pans, measuring cups, strainers. Bed was comfy. We were a family of 4 so 2 bathrooms was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect space. Single 45 yr female, not an experienced solo traveler, so pleasantly surprised at this treasure I randomly found because of proximity to meeting venue… I will always book here for future business or personal ventures.. and have recommended to many on this trip for upcoming stays.

Nice and comfortable. Inside of tenant building with full apartment living. Also has a lot of great amenities.

Good

Great place for short term stay. Nice and clean apartment in a really good location. Great costumer service.

Great location and unit! We enjoyed the central location and clean, modern stay. Beds were comfortable and the king size bed was a nice plus that we don't see frequently on AirBNB.

Property clean, well resourced and great venue

Everything was excellent and the check-in/out process was smooth. The only suggestion I would make is to adjust the check-out process because the key fob had to be left in the unit, but I had no way to exit the parking deck without it! Future tenants would have to walk a much longer way to the car if the process stays the same.

I absolutely loved everything about the Kasa. I was a little hesitant initially bc I’ve always booked hotels through booking sites. However this time is decided to book an apt and I’m so glad I did. Everything was so clean and the apt was super spacious. The guest representatives were very helpful whenever I had a question about anything and they also texted me during my stay to see if I needed anything! I’m done with hotels when I’m in this area! The Kasa is so much better!

Clean and beautiful, it was perfect for our party of 3 for the weekend. The only issue was a lack of extra bedding/pillows...and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable - a mattress topper would help. The balcony looked bigger on line, but could just fit one person.

Beautiful, light room in a cute & friendly apartment block. Well appointed & good apartment facilities.

Loved our stay.. Clean, modern, great location with shops and walking/biking paths right outside the door

Great spot, beautiful apartment, pool is a huge plus.

the place was very clean and quiet

The Kasa was clean and smelled amazing upon our arrival. The visual check-in was fairly easy. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning at the end of the summer!

(Translated by Google) Excellent place, very spacious, well decorated. 100% recommendable. Even a King could stay there. Super located. Comply with what is offered. There is no Netflix but there is Internet. Very good gym. The bad thing is the pet poop around the building - something common in all buildings. (Original) Excelente lugar, muy amplio, bien decorado. 100% recomendable. Hasta un Rey se podria hospedar ahí. Super ubicado. Cumple con lo ofrecido. No hay Netflix pero si Internet. Muy buen gimnasio. Lo malo es la caca de las mascotas en el entorno al edificio - algo común en todos los edificios.

Muy agradable. Lo recomiendo.

Absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described! Host was extremely responsive and the place was easy access to everything In Charlotte. Very quiet spot as well. No noise from neighbors

This apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful, well stocked with plates, silverware and cups and a small Keurig machine with a variety of coffee pods. There's a gym, pool and dog wash room! The bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Check in was all by codes which was easier than I thought. There was plenty of parking in the garage. It is a quiet area except for the occasional helicopter and ambulance noise since its very close to a trauma center. Theres a nice walking area nearby as well. Overall we loved this place!

Much bigger space than expected, very clean and had everything we needed.

Location of town was nice, central, felt safe. Private safe garage/ramp parking. Building very modern decor, clean, rooftop seating area was a great plus. Every apartment has a nice balcony to sit on either overlooking city/streets Or the gorgeous pool area!!!!! Which was amazing. The apartment was honestly the best we have ever stayed!!!! Super spacious, every amenity was thought about! From bathroom stuff to kitchen utensils, washer dryer, with soap. Nest temperature control that actually works!!!! Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Plenty of linen, pillows even awesome pool towels. Contact with Kasa was a pleasure. They had prompt responses and very attentive. Traveled with husband and three teen children, I simply can’t say enough about how great this place was!! We all loved it!!!!
