The property is amazing and was right across the street from the doctors office i needed to be at. The sofa sleeper was terrible! Everything else was great and i would stay here again but make sure i wouldn’t be the one sleeping on the couch or get a 2 bedroom (wasn’t available for our stay)

Likes: Location, spacious, clean, amenities Dislikes: The room with two beds is either too warm or too cold at night and the a/c vent in the ceiling blasts directly onto your face (if in bed). We worked with the thermostat and couldn’t find a sweet spot.

Comforto, lazer, praticodade e preço ótimo. Likes: Check in super facil, apartamento espaçoso e bem comfortavel com tudo que precisa de equipamento. Piscina e academia do predio são excelentes. Proximo ao centro e sem barulho. Recomendo!

I genuinely enjoyed my weekend here! The responsiveness was very quick and they were ready to take care of every need. I appreciate the hospitality while visiting Charlotte. I will for sure be visiting again. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at this Dilworth Airbnb! We traveled with our three kids, and the two-bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our family. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The management company was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was a great way to relax after exploring Charlotte. The location was one of the best parts. We could easily walk to Trader Joe’s, CAVA, restaurants, and other nearby shops, which made meals and quick errands so convenient without needing to drive everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood!

We loved our stay! The rooms were so clean and comfortable! We loved the parking garage and the easy access to the rooms. The location was perfect for us because were less than 5 minutes from the hospital. We stayed 3 nights and loved it! Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend to everyone!

The pool and fitness center are great here, which is why we chose the spot. The kitchen amenities aren't very good though; there are a few scratched up non-stick pans that I didn't feel comortable using. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable as well, you could feel the bar on your back while sleeping there. For the price you pay, if the pool or fitess center is your priority, I'd recommend this spot, but if not I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

It’s super clean and nice. Kitchen is so clean. Location is perfect. If you need access to Atrium Medical center, this location is perfect! I would give 10 stars if I could. Check -in and check -out is super easy. Would looking to stay in kasa in the future !

Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.

I had trouble finding the property. The apartment name was Berkshire and it was not mentioned anywhere. I also had difficulty finding the entrance to get my parking tag and keys. I had some issues with door key as the battery ran out and was stranded until the technician came in replaced batteries. Otherwise, stay was pleasant and the location is great.

Parking fee not necessary but may be hard to find spot on street.

Overall very happy with our stay at Kasa Dilworth, lovely naborhood close to the greenway and good facilities. Highly recommend booking parking in advanced!

Likes: We love the spacious area and very clean. Tye kitchen, balcony and amenities were great. We were in an upscale.area in charlotte. Dislikes: The only thing that didn't meet our expectations the couches had stains and we didn't have a TV in the bedroom

Nice place to stay, very clean, and we enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend. The host was quick to respond when I couldn't get the TV working and I really appreciate that. Overall great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious, clean and comfortable for the four adults in our party. Convenient location - enjoyed a delicious meal at Mama Ricotta's nearby. ;-) Would definitely stay again.

The good: The room was spacious and clean. Walk-in closet with luggage rack and full size kitchen and fridge. The pool area was lovely. We had no problem with the parking garage or fobs. The bad: No coffee machine. Just instant coffee bags that taste terrible. There are no cafes within a 10 minute walk except for a Caribou coffee located in the cancer medical center a few minutes away. There is not a whole lot in the immediate vicinity so I thought the location sucked. Yes, there are more options in a 15-20 minute walk but sometimes i just want to grab something quick and thats not an option here. There is a common room in the building on the 3rd floor that we were never told about?? My biggest gripe is the layout of this building. There are a LOT of rooms on each floor and the hallways are kind of in the shape of the letter "E". There are 3 elevators as well. You'd think that you could take any elevator to the basement garage--not the case. Some do, some don't go there. It's trial and error and there are no signs anywhere. Very frustrating having to backtrack repeatedly. Lastly, multiple outlets in our room weren't working. Overall, the room itself was great, but too many little frustrations for me to love this place.

great stay quiet and calm

Very comfortable condo in a great location! Likes: Location was important to us. We were there for a swim meet and it was 5 min from aquatic center. The property was spacious for 2 people. Beds were very comfortable. Dislikes: There was not a coffee maker. I used the instant coffee provided but it’s not the same. I found the initial directions to enter the building and parking lot to be a little challenging, but once figured out it was fine. I’m glad there was a parking spot each time I was in and out of garage. The bedrooms face the pool and it was a little noisy on the weekends. Not sure if tv was supposed to have wi fi. Could not get it to work.

Fantastic condo. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, secure. After getting oriented, we enjoyed the fitness room, biking the greenway that's just a few steps away, and the convenience to shopping and things to do. The hosts replied very quickly to our questions and were super courteous. Great experience and would stay there again.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four! The location was great and close to bars and restaurants and the pool was lovely. Well managed and very good communication. Overall, we had a great stay!

Likes: Amazing apartment, large, clean and well finished.

Pros: The area was lovely, many things in walking distance and felt safe especially at night. The host helped us quickly resolve issues. The room had great furniture and we had a private balcony that looked over the pool. Private washer and dryer in your room. Cups, plates, utensils, fridge and oven were provided. Cons: For the price, the room had patchy repairs on the wall, splotchy paint and missing or moldy caulk in the bathroom. The toilet had two settings and you would have to press both to unstick the button for less water. The tub was dirty and stained. The towels we received had stains on it. You hear the upstairs neighbors moving all day and night. The fan in the bathroom was stained and had low air flow. Definitely expected better for how much we paid overall. If you don’t close the door properly it would ring an alarm that lets the floor know whose room is easy access. The door was also loose so we would have to pull the door in order for the latch to properly close. Also parking is not included in the overall price you have to pay separately for that. You could clearly tell they gave the place the landlord special.

We were in and out for a weekend for my daughter dance competition. Roomy accommodations, clean, over all a comfortable experience! Would definitely book again. The instructions for entering and parking were very clear.

Parking and finding actual entrance was tricky. Parking is typically full, other than that, all else went well.

Room could be cleaner, there is a lot of cracks in wall, patchy work with the paint on the walls and the showers were dirty.

10/10. No complaints at all! Lovely stay!

Check in process remote, very difficult, the person helping (remote) did not know any thing about the property, and very litter about the process. This is not a hotel. Is a private apartment that has nothing similar to a hotel.

The stay was great it was just a bummer that the pool was closed because that’s why I chose this place, that as well as I thought it looked nice and I like the amenities mentioned in the description. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Likes: The ease of checking in & out! The Virtual Front Desk is wonderful. The apartment was beautiful & the pool area/courtyard was exceptional Dislikes: Its not that I didnt like them, but the living room furniture could be improved. The couch and chair are very uncomfortable. The end table & coffee table were wobbly. The twin beds are good, but could use a small bed support or thin "box spring" under the mattresses The frame of the bed can be felt while laying down. But I slept great!
