We enjoyed our stay and was near all the attractions. I would come back and stay again.

Kasa Flora estuvo increíble, ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo que necesitas desde la playa, lugares para comer, tiendas y transporte público. Desde el aeropuerto un solo camión nos dejó a media cuadra del hospedaje. Tranquilo, seguro, y muy cómodo. Me volvería a quedar ahí si regreso a Miami.

I stay since 15 years by La Flora. Perfect location near to everything, clean, nice service. The only thing this time my room last room on the ground floor it was very close to the night club. Very loud friday and saturday night until 6am

The area was perfect distance to the beach! The hosts were very responsive and Kasa was so quiet overall! Loved it

1,Crazy noise at Saturday night. We checked in on Saturday. I couldn't sleep the whole night due to the music noise from a club nearby. 2, Cleanliness concern. I found an item of underwear that did not belong to me in the bathroom. Additionally, there are visible yellow stains on towel. This was quite unsettling and raised concerns about the cleanliness and preparation of the room prior to my arrival. I have reported their management team, however, I haven't received a feedback and resolution so far. 3, Cheating point. I paid more to upgrade my room with a sofa and looks more spacious. However, the room which I actually stay was total different than the picture showed on the Expedia and Hotel confirmation email.

Unser Aufenthalt hatte gute und schlechte Seiten. Freitags und samstags war es fast unmöglich zu schlafen, weil unser Zimmer direkt neben dem M2 Nachtclub lag. Von 22 bis 6 Uhr war es extrem laut und den Bass konnte man nicht ignorieren. An den anderen Tagen war es zum Glück deutlich ruhiger. Die Lage war super: direkt am Ocean Drive, nur fünf Minuten zum Strand und etwa zehn zur Einkaufsstraße. Eine Fahrradstation war gleich um die Ecke, und es gab Angebote für Ausflüge, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt war die Lage ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Lärm vom Club hat unseren Aufenthalt aber leider stark gestört.

I love my stay in Kasa, I would recommend. Near to the beach and restaurants. Clean and easy to find.

The room was clean, spacious, and located right in the heart of Miami Beach, with everything within walking distance. Given the quality of service and the price we paid, it was an incredible deal. I highly recommend it.

Excelente localización cerca de todo, en el corazón de Miami Beach, muy buena limpieza, y aparenta estar recién remodelado (Mayo 2025). Hubiese sido bueno que dejaran suministro de café, azúcar y tazas (no tienen las de las fotos) para toda la estadía.

Really good staff as soon as we got there the gentlemen greeted us and gave us all the information to our room and all there was to do around the area. Definitely a great spot to stay at really affordable to, everyone working there was awesome and super friendly!

I can not have complaints about the place clean and tidy, also quiet at this time of the year, the only bad point could be none of the staff knew how to use the coffee machine in the room but rest was great.

Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse. Manque de luminosité, difficile d avoir de l’eau chaude. Une bouilloire et des ustensiles serait un plus. Luis à la réception et vente excursion est une personne très sympathique et disponible.

Emplacement excellent à une rue de Ocean Drive et de la plage. Plein de bonnes adresses dans la rue, pour dîners, boire un verre, commerces et pour petits déjeuner. Communication par sms et mail avec Kasa Floral très simple. Accès sans clé très facile. Excellent emplacement

El lugar estaba bonito y limpio. Nos gustó mucho poder tener el servicio de sillas y toallas de playa incluidos. Muy cerca de restaurantes, un parqueo de pago justo al lado... Nos volveremos a quedar nos gustó mucho.

El precio caro, para lo qué es. La habitación, no tiene comodidades, no tiene lugar de guardado de ropas, no tiene estantes, en el baño no tiene para colgar las toallas.

Loved it! I was a little scared at first because kf the whole self check in, but staff and customer service were all a call away literally. Thank you! I would def. Stay here again! Support convenient place to stay at.

Excelente localização. Conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e aproveitamos bastante south beach. O quarto é confortável.

Die Unterkunft und die Lage in Miami Beach war gut, wir haben uns auch wohlgefühlt. Leider liegt die Unterkunft direkt hinter dem M2 Nightclub und dadurch konnten wir am Wochenende kaum schlafen, da der die Lautstärke sowie das vibrieren des Basses, das schlafen zwischen 12pm-5am unmöglich gemacht hat. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, es wäre schön, wenn Sie die direkte Nähe zum Nachclub erwähnen würden.

This was my 2nd time staying at Kasa, as great as always. The room was clean, cozy, and with awesome location. Also, I wanted to particularly mention that the customer service was amazing! Quick response, continuous follow-up, and quick solution. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay for a few days in South Beach! The room was very spacious and there are lots of things to do within walking distance of the hotel. Would stay there again for sure!

Great location, easy to find, good value for the price. Weekend nights can be loud due to next door club parties but that’s to be expected in that area. I would go back there again

We had a great stay at Kasa! The host was very proactive and easy to keep in touch with. The bnb was clean and spacious. The location was perfect as there was much to do and beach just a block away. Definitely recommend for future visits.

I had the opportunity to stay at Kasa these past days with my friends and family! I thought the room was clean and everything was stocked well! When requesting extra towels and our beach towels the virtual assistant relied the message promptly and we received everything fresh and clean. Please note that you are a couple streets before the beach which was perfect , it only took maybe 5 minutes. With that said , Miami night life noise is something you have to consider as you might need some earplugs! Our favorite spot to eat was at FL Cafe, it had some great fluffy pancakes! My sister said their strawberry lemonade was also really good! I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the Miami night life noise and want to be just steps away from the beach!! I also liked that there was no resort fees which was the ultimate factor in deciding to stay here.

Der Hausmeister Jesus kümmert sich sofort wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Es war total sauber und modern. Wir haben unsere kasa la Flora geliebt 🩷 Man hat eine liege am Strand für die Buchung das ist so toll organisiert. Man ist so zentral am ocean Drive und allen was man braucht Restaurants, Einkauf, Art deco, Touren und Fahrräder, Parks, und nach Miami downtown 20 min mit Uber, der Express Bus 150 fährt 2 min um die Ecke ab. Danke 🙏 für alles.
