Stayed here for a week in September ‘25.
It’s similar to what others said - decent, sizeable room, slightly dusty and some furnishings were obviously a bit dated, but nothing catastrophic. This is more of an Airbnb-Hotel sort of set up, not a 4-star hotel. So you should expect more of an Airbnb-type quality of furnishing.
For context I was also given a long-stay discount as I stayed for a week, so at that price point, it’s hard to be disappointed.
The location is good, too.
Unlike some other reviewers too, I didn’t have any rat sightings, in case anyone was wondering. It was probably the biggest concern I had before coming, and thankfully it wasn’t something to be worried about.
Finally, there aren’t that many homeless persons on this street but I would still be careful at night.
If you’re looking for an affordable stay and if your priority is in comfort and location, this is a good choice. If you happen to have a long-stay discount too, it’s probably a very good choice.
