This was a fantastic location for our SF vacation. It was close to the cable cars and bus stops, and there was plenty to do within walking distance. However, this is near the Tenderloin area so you'll definitely want to be aware of your surroundings, especially early in the morning and in the evenings. The Airbnb itself was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. We took advantage of the coin laundry in the basement, and it was nice to have the option to use the communal kitchen (though we went out for all our meals). The only negatives were that the bedsheets had some stains and were not the most comfortable, and the fitted sheet kept slipping off. Also, we had an upstairs neighbor that would get up very early so it was a bit loud. Bring earplugs if you have trouble staying asleep. It can also be a bit noisy outside. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, everything we needed, and worth the price!
