My stay at Kasa was convenient and easy to access (once I figured out I was entering the door code wrong from exhaustion lol). The common areas and elevator were well-maintained, and I felt secure with the access codes for my door and the auto-locking front door. However, I was disappointed to find hair in the bathroom and linens, which initially appeared clean, along with stains on the bed sheets. I ended up sleeping on the comforter from the bed and used one from the closet, where I also found a box fan, and realized there was no central AC. I sweated through most nights. Later, I noticed more stains on the extra cover.
It’s a beautiful, convenient place, but I’m particular about cleanliness, especially since I paid an extra $50 for early check-in and expected pristine conditions. Everything else was great, though!
