I want to share my experience. When did you rent this hotel? I booked it for 2 weeks. A week later I had to move out and move into a new room, but they gave me the same room, dirty and untidy, then the curtain in the bathroom broke, no one fixed it, I came to do it myself, then they sent me a photo of the carpet and said that it was dog hair, they charged me for all this period the alarm from the fire system was screaming, which I asked to fix, but they didn’t fix it; the neighbors from above were stomping all day and all night, here’s my experience in this hotel
