We stayed at this location for four nights and would not recommend it or return. The communication and check-in are good, and the unit is clean and in a decent location, but the downsides are far too great. First, there was no way to control the heat in the unit (as the exposed hot water pipe feeding the radiator is scorching hot and quickly fills the room with heat regardless of turning on or off the radiator) which meant that it was unbearably hot (in mid-May!) to sleep without opening the windows. This would have been fine if there wasn't an absurd amount of noise on the street below. Between the people shouting below at all hours of the night to the delivery trucks, trash trucks, construction, and a plethora of other noises starting every morning between 4:30 and 5 am, we were unable to sleep more than 5 or 6 hours at a stretch the entire trip. We should have taken the advice of the other reviewers that noted the noise but didn't think it could possibly be that bad. But you will think there are trucks unloading in the room with you. There are also significant gaps at the bottom of the doors in the unit, so your neighbors coming and going is very noticeable. We also found it odd that there wasn't a coffee maker or kettle available in the unit. A small cost to increase comfort and convenience for your guests. We were also only provided two towels for our entire stay. Four towels for two people seems more reasonable.
