Overall an ok stay, the check in was very easy and getting into the room with their codes is easy, however if u don’t have a charged phone you might be in a pickle as they do the check in mobilely. Location is fine, kinda close to tenderloin but you’re still on the edge. They do have very responsive help, not sure if it’s entirely AI but they are responsive. The room was fine overall. My main gripes are with the cleanliness. Towels looked really old with old stains that were clearly not washed out, as in the towel was probably cleaned but just had chronic in maintained stains. Same with pillow cases and bed sheets, one of the under mattress sheets even had what looked like blood stains. Some hair in the bathroom as well. I did let them know and they changed the sheets. Also the shower handle did not function properly at all, no clear off spot and took forever to get hot water. When I brought this up, they said it could be normal to wait 5-10 mins for hot water.
