The great thing about this place is that it has everything you could ever need and more. It is such a fun place to be. Things are taken care of around this place. Management is on top of things. Virtual check in can be tricky, it’s best to check in after 3pm. Having a place to do laundry is such a blessing. The unlimited coffee and tea is the best bonus ever. Value is definitely here. I was here a month. I got a chance to see things pretty clear. It’s a must stay place. And you can’t beat a comfy bed.

Hi! Everything was great! Love the cleanliness and the style of the place. The smart tv was a definite plus and the small detail like the makeup remover wipes were thoughtful.

This space was the perfect central location for our visit to san francisco! you’re literally steps away from delicious restaurants, bars, and union square! the place itself was sparkling clean, and exactly as described! just note that it is a shared building with residents above and below you. there was some occasional noise from the neighboring units, but nothing major. the location itself is located on a busy nob hill street, so expect the usual city sounds like cars, horns, and construction. overall, these are things that should be expected of any trip to the city! the pictures show exactly what you get! a small, stylist, dreamy little studio in the heart of the city! make sure to enjoy a coffee while sitting in the big beautiful bay windows :)

Kasa is an amazing hotel to stay in. With its modern design and clean presentation, the Kasa will make you feel at home. The rooms are beautifuly designed and fully stocked with all the essentials. But not just any kind of essentials. These essentials have thoughtful touches (like extra fluffy towels, make up removel pads, q-tips, a first aid kit) that you don't see in your average hotel. Even the showers are fully stocked with the essentials like body wash (Dove), shampoo and conditioner ( not the cheap kind like from your average hotel) You'll find the pillows are extra comforting and the bed on point .The kitchen and lounge are beautiful and stocked with all you need. It's always clean. Whoever designed this hotel did an amazing job and really thought about their audience. You won't be disappointed staying here and I highly recommend it. Plus, it's parked in a perfect spot for walking around. You've got two amzing restaurants (pizza parler and a pub) just across the street. And you are 5 minutes by foot to Union Square. Well done, team Kasa.

Very clean & a very neat location!

Kasa was about on par with what I paid for. Parking was not available as stated and what was close was expensive. Little street parking available. The facility itself was very clean. I enjoyed having the kitchen available. I had some issues with dirty sheets the first night but they were replaced within an hour or so. Noisy at night even during the week, would recommend ear plugs.

This room was beautiful! The host was very responsive when we reached out. Super easy check in and out. The host was very accommodating.

Hosts were very quick to respond and the building was cozy and cute! Despite its relative proximity to the Tenderloin district (it's a few minutes away), this building felt really safe and was a good central location for many of our activities. We had two small dogs with us and the space and hosts were very accommodating! I'd definitely recommend Kasa rentals to a friend in any city.

Cozy, cool and perfect place for staying in SF!

Overall the place isn’t bad. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot of sirens, car alarms, and people shouting. The community kitchen was fully stocked and the silverware was in great condition. I got to meet some great people there. Make sure to spend the extra money on the parking garages. Our car got broken into on the open paid parking at Cosmo St. there is no attendant keeping watch there. The location overall is decent during the day and sketchy at night.

My boyfriend and I had such a pleasant stay! The location was great, and there’s a fantastic breakfast spot within walking distance called Honey Honey - we highly recommend. The apartment was clean and quaint and the staff was welcoming and attentive. We would definitely stay again!

Our room was great! The modern decor was beautiful and the room was cozy. It was very clean! Our room had a street view and the only drawback was there was a lot of street noise. We did a lot of exploring throughout the city so we slept very well regardless. Kasa was a wonderful host and was available at all times to answer any questions. We look forward to staying with them again!!

The place is nice and cozy, beds are huuge and comfy, housekeeping and management team are also super sweet. The only downside would be that there wasn’t a view in our room, the shower water pressure was not strong, and our sink didn’t drain well. Overall, my stay was great!

Great spot for a couple's getaway. Clean, nice amenities, comfortable bed, and easy check-in process. The only downside would be the small bathroom sink. Would recommend this stay.

Small, cozy, clean. Had some trouble with our room code not working and there wasn't a heater in the room so it got pretty cold at night but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had AN AMAZING time! I was so impressed with the entire experience. The building was in immaculate shape and the room so comfortable, stylish, and clean. The small touches made it feel like home. Great location to enjoy the city. Very good security so felt safe. Response time was extremely quick. I will definitely be using Kasa again.

Booked a quick getaway to San Fran with my partner and it was great. This place was very clean and Kasa staff did a great job in communicating with me about any trouble I had. The building was safe and secure with great electronic padlocks. Everything was quick and convenient around us and we had great sushi just a block over along with a burger and drinks across the street at the pub. Great stay, will be booking again!

This stay is wonderful. The room is smaller than the photos look, but it is very nice. A big closet space, great windows, and tons of local food spots super close.

Great stay my girlfriend and I enjoyed it beautiful views close to everything walking distance. Would love to stay here again when I’m in San Francisco

This place has exceeded my expectations. First of all, the room is just like that picture. In fact everything is exactly as described on airbnb. It was also extremely clean and well stocked for someone staying 17 nights there. The common room was great for late night conference calls and the kitchen had everything you could need. Very pretty as well. 7 minutes walk front the heart of the city and surprisingly good and reasonably priced restaurants all around. Very helpful staff and customer service reps. Very pro and always available to help. This is a rare gem in SF and I advise anyone to stay there.

Great place. If you have a car, make sure to park in the 24/7 ramp down the street to avoid getting your car broken into.

Great for short stays in SF!

This was our first time using air bnb and we couldn't be happier. Check in instructions were super clear and easy to follow, the room was very clean, and even though parking was a bit of a headache, they at least had some tips about how to find a spot, and to watch for street cleaning/closures. Overall our trip was amazing. We will definitely come back.

Henning was a fantastic grounds manager! He was very helpful and always kept the place very clean any tidy! It was very nice to have access to a kitchen and laundry facility.

I would recommend staying here to anyone that is considering it. The bed was the best part but there's also a beautiful common space that I wish I had more time to use.

We went to Kasa's for a week long trip and we worked inside the apartment during the weekdays. Kasa's apartment room was at an amazing location for a great price. They also provide good ameneties such as free coffee, a kitchen, and fast wifi. We highly recommend Kasa's for any future travellers!
