Decent location, however, rules re: exorbitant fines for smoking outside on a balcony, no housekeeping all week, only two towels and washcloths provided for the entire time,; these were not explained prior to making reservation. There was no one available at the property to talk to when issues arose. Not enough water pressure in the shower to rinse shampoo. Could hear the tenants in the adjacent rooms. Aggressively harassed by homeless people every time I went outside to smoke, with the only alternative being to stand in a dumpster holding/loading area alone in a dirty back alley. Unacceptable. The terms of agreement should have been explained before making the reservation as we likely would have chosen another place to stay. The hallway to our room was like walking a city block and unable to change despite being disabled. Front desk friendly, but not able to help, as the rented units aren’t managed by the ones actually working there. Would not stay here again, or encourage anyone else to. We had to go buy our own towels and washcloths!
