From the UK and our first time using Kasa, as well as our first time staying in a condo-style property. We had a very positive experience, with excellent facilities, friendly and helpful residents, and an especially attentive concierge. The well-stocked gym was a pleasure to use, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a welcome touch. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and of a high standard. If you're looking to stay near downtown Austin, this property is very conveniently located.
Parking in the downtown area can be challenging, though on-demand transport is plentiful. I would certainly recommend this property to others.
Notes of caution: finding the entrance was initially difficult, as the property's information did not clearly identify the building name, which made locating the entrance somewhat difficult upon arrival. In addition, the bedroom was noticeably noisier than the living area, which affected sleep quality. While the living area appeared to be well insulated from outside noise, the bedroom seemed more susceptible to noise from the surrounding area despite both rooms facing the same direction.
