10/10 Exceptional
This is my third stay at this place, mostly one to two weeks and occasionally month-long. It's great value for money. 1 or 2BR apartments, nice lay out, open, a great business office. Overall amenities and facilities make the stay more comfortable than expected. I like Kasa's simple and clean sense of decor. With one or two grocery shopping trips, there's everything inside to manage in the kitchen.
This place is in the Medical District of Dallas, close to the Love airport and UTSW campus. Once you know the place, there are many places to visit from here within 5 to 10-mile radius, and even go further in a few minutes. General walking around the apartment complex including parks are also options.
Overall, it is a great place to stay at a great price. I love it and will always choose it if available during my travels!
