kasa’s communication throughout my stay was polite and responsive, and i do appreciate the team working to address the concerns i experienced. however, there were unfortunately multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues during my stay, including dirty towels left in the unit at check-in, a refrigerator that was not staying cold, and a shower drain that was not draining properly.
the towels were taken care of quickly, but the refrigerator and drain issues remained ongoing longer than expected, and some of the food i purchased unfortunately spoiled as a result of the refrigerator issue. while the team remained professional and offered to review reimbursement for the affected items, i do feel the unit could have been better checked and prepared prior to arrival.
overall, the experience had both positives and negatives, and i hope these maintenance concerns are improved for future guests.
