Staying at the Kasa was great. The room size was very spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom that each had its own bathrooms with a spacious closet. The place was clean and comfortable. The appliances was all modern and we all had all the essentials to cook a meal. I would definitely recommend staying there.

beware of bugs in this unit was greeted by 2 roaches then some kind of bug was on the bed , also the couch also had some kind of bug as well when i reported all this and asked for a refund i was only offered $30 off my cleaning fee then another $68.50 to be exact so barely $100 when the place was basically only worth $100 everything i went through, wouldn’t stay again

Great place to stay. Washer, Dryer, - great Kitchen. We stayed in the one Bedroom with the Pull Out Sofa Bed. The Sofa Bed Mattress is just what it is..a sofa mattress and is not comfortable. They did provide extra pillows and a blanket. Better to sleep on top of the Sofa Cushions. They have numbered parking spaces which is scary as you do not know if you will get towed. You have to retrieve the Parking Pass Rear View Window Hang Sign from the room. I then parked in a non-numbered location on the first floor to make sure I did not get towed. This can be confusing and they need to clarify this as other guests were concerned. The Key fobs do not work so write down the call box entry code and your room door code.

Somewhat complicated checking in as you need to figure out how to park. You will turn off Maple onto Bomer and look for the parking garage entrance. It's scary parking on the first floor as the parking spaces are numbered. I think ABNB Guests can park on the designated area but was unsure and did not want to get towed. They e-mail you a code for the door and the room entry code. I was unsure if the code changed each time you make multiple trips. I was wrong as the room code stayed the same as did the door code. Once in your room, you have to look to the left of the door and go grab your parking rear view mirror sign. They instruct you to wear a Key Fob that will automatically open the building door. It never worked and many guests were confused. However, just use the door code they send to you through a text link. If you get frustrated with TECH..call them on the phone.

The location and description was as described. The Inside hall coordinators leading to the unit needed cleaning. The Inside unit was clean and smelled as such. Beds were comfortable. The master bedroom really needs curtains as the window faces the parking garage and lights are generally shining in the bedroom window and the blinds don’t close completely. The master bathroom has a nice design. However showerhead is taped together cannot be adjusted- the glass shower wall isn’t long enough to prevent the water from the shower aims. Water goes out of the well designed shower to the bathroom floor- luckily there’s an ample supply of towels. My only annoying factor is the auto generated texts! A LOT of texts….and a lot of time reading thru the dos and don’t- nothing is simple!!! My only suggestion is to incorporate personal interactions. Knowledgeable customer service would be a plus.
