The pictures make this apartment and the amenities look like a high-end complex, but the reality was a very small, not very nice apartment, in a building that feels abandoned. There were lots of broken things - the gate for the parking garage, the chairs at the pool, the sprinklers, the pool table and shuffleboard, a dumbbell even broke while I was using it. One end of the weight just fell off while doing curls. The hallways are all concrete and looked more like a detention center than a nice place to stay. I wish reviews could have pictures added. The neighborhood is not very nice and is so close to the airport that the planes landing were very loud even indoors. If you need to stay near the airport or hospital it’s convenient, otherwise I would look at a different neighborhood. Kasa was very responsive and professional, but they require you to sign into their website and enter your personal information, which goes against keeping all information on the airbnb platform.
