Everything was great. Better than I expected. The room was very clean. Checking in was easy. The instructions were easy to understand. It was quiet and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
The only issue I had was the Roku TV was not working and it took awhile to get an initial response, but it was around midnight so I don’t hold that against them. Needless to say I wasn’t able to get to tv to work and the last thing they advised was for me to download load the app on my phone. I didn’t want to add another app to my phone and I’m sure the price of the hotel included the tv functionality. Lastly, there’s no way to turn the bathroom sensor off, so when I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light and fan, which was not quiet, would come on. So trying to go back to sleep was a bit challenging.
Overall no major complaints. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay at Kasa for all future trips to the area.
