Exceeded all expectations - clean, quiet, updated and the staff who you text with are immediately responsive. GREAT location, 2 block walk from tens of great restaurants, bars and even a bakery directly across the street. EASY check in and check out.
Oh also loved the TVs - they make it super easy to scan the QR and stream Youtube videos, etc while staying.
ONLY improvements I would recommend to Kasa management - 1) get a vending machine onsite, late night not the most walkable and it would be great to have onsite access to water/soda. 2) having (even plastic) silverware, there is a mini fridge in the room, microwave on the first floor and access to a fork/knife (like you can typically get from a hotel front desk) would be great. Also, not sure they have an elevator and that the second floor would be accessible to all.
Seriously tho, clean, nice showers, responsive & would definitely stay again!!
