10/10 Exceptional
I was skeptical given the one-star rating I saw, but I had more customer service and support from Kasa than I've had at hotels with front desks. It's like the AirBnB of hotels, yet with comfy large bed, soft bedding, high end towels, free bottled water, and my fave - Oreos (which for dieting purposes I didn't eat). Simple, extremely affordable and although no specified parking, easy to park. Will def do this again.
