For the price of this place, your options are otherwise budget hotels (hit or miss on cleanliness and safety) or a room in a shared house (fine but not very private). Kasa is a third option - a no frills, but very clean and safe place to sleep, bathe, and get back to whatever you’re doing.
You’ll probably hear some outside noise, but your room comes with earplugs. The room was a bit bright due to the sheer curtains and appliance lights, so bring an eye mask. Otherwise, this is a great budget option when you’re not going to spend much time there and just need a place to sleep!
I made the mistake of not checking the parking situation before I booked, but I was able to find a spot and leave my car overnight in the lot behind the hotel without incident.
