Great stay. Great rest. Parking lot parking was inexpensive.

I recently stayed at the Kasa Niche Hotel in Redwood City for a week while attending the nearby Kaiser Hospital, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The standout was definitely the manager, Jagruti. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests, and Jagruti made a huge difference during my stay. The hotel was spotless clean, and my room, conveniently located on the ground floor, made it easy to come and go without dealing with stairs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a relief after long days. All the staff, including the cleaners, were amazing. They were always friendly and willing to help with any request, and my room was kept spotless throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for my needs, with the hospital just a short distance away. It made my daily visits so much easier. Plus, there are plenty of great dining in the Irish Pub right across the street. I was able to get a Thai massage a couple of doors up and a manicure around the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Redwood City, and I will definitely use it as my base when I am visiting again. 5 star service all the way.

Nice place for a short stay. Likes: Everything is very organized event though you don't need to interact with anybody in person. Dislikes: There are still things to improve, after checking out I kept receiving alerts about noise in my room and even threat of a fine if didn't stop the noise.

The front door code was unavailable. Other guests were stuck outside as well. Had to contact support which took a while to get someone on the phone. Inside was okay, bed was not very comfortable and you can hear everyone around you.

Great hotel. Great location. Digitised check in and virtual reception work very well. The only reason I have given 4 stars is for the lebngth of my stay I felt the room would have benefited from 1 mid clean. Apasrt from this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Second time to stay here and both times were excellent. It is my first choice when I travel to the area … much better than hotels. TV was a little too high tech for an old man, but life without TV was refreshing and I got more sleep. A win all around!!! Thank you!!!’ Love it!!

Great value for money hotel Likes: The location is very convenient close to the Redwood city train station and also to the downtown where you can find numerous restaurants and bars. The room facilitated all my needs, and its size was perfect. The check-in and out went smoothly. Dislikes: The bed sheets and the towels were a little bit dusty. There was a weird thing at night that sometimes the motion sensor turned on the light.

This property was just beautiful. The cleanest, most unique room I’ve ever experienced. From the wonderful shower, to the superb bed, mirror, snacks, coffee/tea bar. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Definitely will go back.

Cozy, clean, efficient Super efficient and ideal location — 10min walk to the station, surrounded by Redwood City's excellent restaurant scene. The room is efficient and well equipped for coffee and work — good lighting, a clothes iron, a small fridge. The shower is capacious. Very tidy throughout.

very clean rooms but a tad small, fantastic beds and great showers. It is very tech oriented so brush up as they are not fully staffed like traditional hotels. They are billed as a virtual hotel experience.

10/10 Stayed here for the convenient location, close proximity to downtown, and a family function. Very reasonable and highly functional rooms. Suddenly Heard some noise whiles checking with onsite crew come to know it's from cleaning. Other than that, an excellent stay.

Smelled like sewage, running/flushing water sounds so loud in room. Expensive given how absolutely tiny the room is and there was one electrical plug that we could access. Had to climb over to get out of bed.

It was a great experience. One small nuance is that the walls are too thin and doing a zoom call after 10pm may affect your neighbours. Location was spectacular and room interiors are quite modern. It is perfect for a single person stay.

The location of this gem is perfect. Walking distance to virtually everything you may need Service was efficient and consistent. We had an AC issue and was easy to contact management who resolved our concern timely and to our satisfaction. Rooms are comfortable and practical and supplies readily available Would absolutely recommend Kasa and would stay again when time comes . AJS

Likes: The hotel is well-located, in a safe area close to the train station, restaurants and the supermarket. It is also very clean. There is no reception but they are quite responsive through text. There was a fridge and a safe, which was great. There is free fruit and coffee at the entrance of the hotel. Dislikes: There is no reception. I also stayed there for a week and no one cleaned my room at any time during my stay. It would have been nice if they cleaned it at least once or twice during my stay. Very small room, good for one person but I think that for two people it would be too tight.

Shop around and get more space. Dorm room sized unit which is probably fine for 1 person but definitely not 2. Desk is impossibly small to work on. No place to put luggage. And the worst part is it's LOUD at night. One window refused to close, so we could hear everything and got woken up every night multiple times. Would definitely recommend looking at other places, as the price is not so great to justify the lack of space, sound-proofing, and actual humans to help.

Amazing experience - the service was fantastic, really helpful and friendly managers. The hotel and room is very clean and cosy! Loved it. Everything looked brand new, the bathroom was fancy and nice spacious shower. The communal area is very nice, has a free coffee machine, microwave and bananas! The area is great, 5 minutes from the train station and a very nice walk. Would 100% stay here again!!

Amazing! We had an amazing stay, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the room is fantastic! But the customer service stands out as exceptional, they are always willing to help and very friendly. Our room had everything, it all looks brand new, they even had snacks! There's a microwave, coffee machine and bananas in the foyer which is a nice touch - you don't get this in a lot of chain hotels. Recommend booking here instead of a big chain hotel because it's so much better! Well worth it.

Great location, and really comfortable room.

It’s a great place for a little getaway. Everything was pretty easy to locate and was very much like how they described. The only downside I would say is gotta be the parking since it’s a shared parking lot so you’re going have to look for an open spot and need to pay for it at the meter.

Recommend for shorter stay.

This is a great location, right downtown RWC, walkable to everything. The room is very clean and nice. I didn’t like being on the first floor, so if I were to stay again I’d ask for a different floor. My room was right next to the lobby and stairs, so it was quite loud whenever someone walked by, and I was also woken up at night. The window in the room opened right into a dark alley which didn’t feel very safe. Kasa was very responsive to my feedback.

6/1/24 arrival. Worst check-in process in the history of check-in processes. No receptionist/front desk attendant. No one. Rooms are tiny. Bathroom has barn doors with windows that do not open. So everything that happens in the bathroom, happens in the room. Either have a door that closes or a window that opens. No TV. There is one in your room but nothing on it. You have to cast from your own device. Did I mention the tiny room. Other than that, it's a wonderful property...sorry building. Not much property here, sits on a corner. Just get an ABNB...almost forgot. No closet. Seriously

Everything was great

What a gem! This modem minimalist concept is perfect. As someone who’s been to Airbnbs all over the world, this one is excellent. It was small but absolutely everything I needed. I loved most how clean & modern everything was.

We were really impressed by this place! We loved how central it was to downtown Redwood City and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. Will definitely return the next time we're in town!

Odd Likes: I did not see any breakfast. Dislikes: The tv system is too complicated for the ordinary person. Just get cable so we can watch the local news.
