Rooms are definitely tiny and cozy. Biggest downfall was how thin the walls were, it was easy to hear a lot of noise outside or in the hallway.

The Kasa room was clean cozy and had everything needed. The process was easy. Our only complaint is that we our plans changed within a few days of travel and Kasa would not allow adjustment to our reservation unless it was before 5 days of check in. Worth noting the inflexibility of that policy before you book with Kasa.

Kasa is the real deal Kasa was the ideal experience for business travel. It's a tiny room, but it is flawlessly clean and everything works and there's no fuss. The nearby Courtyard Marriott wanted 5x the price and they actually don't do housekeeping either (they just lie and say you can request it but they still don't do it).

Loved our stay!! We absolutely loved our stay at Kasa Niche! The concept of this hotel is unique and works wonderfully! They were quick to accommodate my request for an early check in. They followed through just as they said they would by sending me the checking code 30 minutes before my check in time. The hotel was very clean, the rooms had everything you needed in them to be comfortable. The lobby area was equiped with additional things that maybe needed while there - it had a microwave, a fancy coffee and cocoa machine, a table in the kitchen area, a small library, a sitting area, and a work area. I was so impressed! The staff the was super friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and to make sure we had everything that we needed. I can't wait to come back again!!

The person in the room next to me had a barking dog. Kasa moved me to another area, quiet and no dog. They reached out to the dog owner who took care of the situation. I felt my needs were met and in an timely manner. I also appreciate the follow up to see if I was not only satisfied, but if there was anything else I could be helped with. This is truly customer service done right. Great amenities and helpful staff. I enjoyed my comfortable, pleasant stay.

Great choice for downtown Redwood City Nice, very clean, and very well appointed room - well thought out and designed. The only problem I had was trying to get the TV to work on my iPhone - and never figured out the complicated instructions... But the hotel is nearby good restaurants, and was close to Stanford Medical, which was our main purpose for visiting Redwood City. Would recommend...

I enjoyed my stay at Kasa Niche! I was traveling solo and it was my first time in Redwood City. The hotel is in a great location, very close to nightlife and restaurants. The area is very walkable with food and grocery nearby. The room had great amenities like a hot water kettle, tons of coffee options, teas, etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and nice.

Solo trip I enjoyed my stay! Solo traveler. Not super familiar with the area. Convenient to public transit, nightlife looked great. I grabbed takeout and stayed in the room for the evening, noise level was moderate, I had no problem sleeping on the first floor in a well enjoyed restaurant district. Plenty of food and grocery options close by. I will stay at the hotel again!

This was my first experience staying in a Kasa Niche hotel and it was a wonderful experience. It's beautiful, in a fantastic location, clean, with all the amenities of a large hotel chain, without all the hassles of having to wait to check in, etc. The idea of allowing guests to not have to interact with hotel employees, especially when your trip is short, is an amazing idea, that I believe will be a hue hit with anyone who tries it! A+ KASA!!!

Management is friendly. On negative side - I was not able to cancel reservation even long before. Reason for canceling- no parking available by the hotel. Excellent coffee machine inside but rooms are very small. Quite poor noise isolation between floors. I heard a person stumping above in the middle of the night.

Best stay in San Francisco area If you’re coming to SF please stay at this conveniently located hotel. It’s easy train ride anywhere in the area and Redwood City is great itself. It is super clean with great restaurants and lots to do. Kasa was amazing it was perfectly clean and the virtual desk was super helpful. They have a free coffee machine water fountain and snacks at the lobby. Highly highly recommend it!

The hotel itself was great. Just know what you're signing up for and follow the instructions. If you are booking through a third party service (like a corporate travel platform), be aware that you may need to contact Kasa to ensure you get their messages. The room had a mini fridge and a small desk, which was great. (One obvious omission in my room was no power outlets near the bed.) I also enjoyed the ability to stream apps from my phone on the large TV. The location is fantastic; be sure to check out the nearby Coffeebar. There's a 15% discount for guests!
