10/10 Exceptional
Great first-time stay at Niche Kasa. The room fit my needs exactly: Clean, modern, safe, efficient process, excellent communication with host. I'll definitely stay here again in future when I need to come to Redwood City for work. Location is excellent in downtown Redwood City. So many restaurants just outside the door within a 5-10 block radius; two grocery stores within 5-10 minute walk, two blocks to CalTrain, easy and quick access to Lyft or Uber. The only downside is the ground floor room I was in, I could hear the person in the room above me walking around. Sounded as though I'm living in a house and hear footsteps upstairs. Not a deal breaker, as I stayed during a week night and seems week night guests are there for business. I'll definitely return and stay again. :)
