We had a great stay at Kasa Niche. The location is fabulous. Rooms are small but very well designed. Comfortable bed. We received our check in code as promised and entry was easy. I made a request for an extra sheet before check in and it was in our room upon arrival. For the cost, Kasa Niche is a wonderful option. We will definitely stay here again!

Kasa was a great place to stay with easy in and out access for us since we had many places to go. Neighborhood was awesome with great restaurants and friendly people.

Kasa is very nice and cozy Airbnb with a friendly staff. It's ideally located near restaurants (you have to try Milagros/Mexican). There are coffee shops in the area as well as a bakery across the street. There is a supermarket around the corner so you can purchase groceries and store food in your room. there is a microwave in the communal area and a really nice coffee/tea bar so you have it readily 24 hours a day. The communal area was always immaculate. there is a washer & dryer available too. Overall, Kasa was the ideal place for me!

They were great Likes: Everything was perfect. The staff responded right away all the time that I made questions. Dislikes: I know that could be a challenge but if you could have some partnerships for parking will be great!

As long as you have a car. For me, it’s close to visit my customer in Palo Alto and take the Caltrain to watch the Giants game.

Disappointing Likes: Not much. Only the location being walkable to my office. Dislikes: Pretty much all of it. Its a very sad environment, like student dorms but with no atmosphere. Poorly furnished, tired and not well maintained.

Parking is limited, be prepared to pay for the meter! Even though it’s specifies quiet time you hear the doors slam quite frequently But other than that the hotel, was very clean and comfortable Nearby restaurants and shops

Everything you need to know at Kasa Niche Redwood City I have stayed there many times for medical appointments or surgery at Stanford in Redwood City. Every experience has been great. I was a little doubtful at first since there’s no front desk and you get your information via text or email on checking in but now I love it. It is so easy and they are so receptive if you have any questions sometimes I’ve gone alone and I always feel very safe there. Sometimes I’ve brought my husband or even our golden retriever who did great there. I love the style the floors are all either LVT or wood tile. I’m not sure but I love a room without carpet. Everything seems absolutely spotless in the room and they even use higher end products. The insulation must be great because we don’t ever seem to hear anyone they leave you a couple of waters and a few treats and there are always free perfect bananas in the lobby. It’s a great neighborhood because right around the corner and across the street are some wonderful restaurants and coffee places. And last night we had the most delicious ice cream. Right around the corner there is a street that’s all lit up and closed to vehicle traffic. It is lined with restaurants on both sides of the road and it’s very charming. Can’t wait someday to try another of their hotels.

We have stayed here numerous times & have always been impressed. One of the easiest check-ins we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Very clean & modern. Excellent location.

Fantastic little spot

ALLOGGIO IN CENTRO CITTA' E VICINO AL TRENO Likes: L'hotel è situato nel centro di Redwood city e non è dotato di parcheggio (ma il parcheggio Marshall è molto vicino). E' a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria dove puoi prendere il treno sia per San Francisco che per il sud della Silicon Valley. La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata direi in modo impeccabile. Il check-in è automatico e le istruzioni arrivano via mail. al mattino ho incontrato il personale addetto alla pulizia e alla gestione. Mici siamo sentiti sicuri in ogni momento del soggiorno Dislikes: Un mattino presto sono arrivati rumori fortissimi dalla strada laterale, ma si è trattato di un episodio che non si è ripetuto

This hotel is so nice I will be honest is small but has everything you need. Its in downtown redwood city where you can go and walk around it at night so beautiful and if you don't mind the drive your only 30 min from san jose and 40 min from san francisco I will most definitely stay there again already planning my next trip

Clean room

It was a truly terrible experience. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room, and the dust and smell made it difficult for me to even speak. I have stayed in many hotels and have been using Hotels.com for years, but I have never had such a bad experience. There was no elevator to take luggage to the higher floors, and this was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Great location

Don't go here, they will enter your room without your agreement. It might end badly for you. Consider yourself warned. Minor things? The bed & pillows are the worst kind- the bedding fabric is not breathable. YOU. WILL. NOT. GET. A. GOOD. SLEEP. It is ridiculously loud with children screaming continuously for couple hours in the mornings, they are next to a playground. You will be woken up. The thermostat stops working oddly and you will be freezing when you need it the most to work. If you meet staff, they are RUDE. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great price, great location, nice newly renovated rooms. A bit loud at nights but they provide ear plugs and sleep mask. Pillow was too soft for me, but that's specific to me.

Great location and great value. I also loved the bakery across the street. The room was small, as I expected, but the bed was still good size and very comfortable. Had everything I needed for one night. The price was hard to beat in the area around Stanford.

We found the hotel to be clean and convenient and the staff to be very helpful. We will return! Likes: Price' location and convenience of the facility. Helpful cleaning and management staff...much appreciated!! Dislikes: 1) The king size bed was overly firm. We slept OK but it was just a surprise. 2) There's nothing that the owners/staff can do about it, but there loud noise outside late at night. This was undoubtedly from refuse trucks loading trash from large dumpsters. Our room overlooked a street used by the trucks. We spoke with the owner/manager who apologized and we understand. She suggested that next time, we should request a room on the side of the hotel that faces away from the street.

I have been many times as it’s convenient to Stanford where I’ve had medical appointments and surgery. I love how clean it is and how simple it is to get in and out. I love that there are many good restaurants and coffee places nearby. I also brought my dog once and it worked out very well.

There’s no staff here so expect a pretty terrible check-in process and minimal support if you need anything

Very easy to check in!

Likes: Location. Clean Dislikes: HVAC didn’t work, there was a fan/heater in there. Could not get the temperature right. Also I’ve stayed here 3 times and all in a different room, the clocks are always wrong, not by an hour but like 12 minutes or 42 minutes. Just very odd.

We had such a great stay. We had a problem with our tv the first night and within 2 hours they had come in and replaced the whole tv. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and central location in the downtown Redwood City area. Management is great for check-ima before. during, and after the stay. The room that I stayed in is quite cozy in terms of size. I initially planned for two for this trip, and think two in my room would’ve made for more difficult navigation in the room. With that in mind, size of room would maybe encourage you to not spend too much time in the room. There was always one or a few people in the entry / lobby / “kitchen” area. I myself spent a lot of time outside of my room, aside from afternoon rest and naps, and used the CalTrain a lot for out of town explorations. My room also felt almost uncomfortably warm and humid, despite the colder weather during my stay, but use of the AC helped to mediate that issue. I would still stay here again, if traveling by myself, but would see if there are bigger rooms if I were traveling with my partner.

The management was super friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with snacks, water, and helpful gadgets like a noise machine and Keurig. Very clean, stayed 4 nights and they also offered fresh bedding if we wanted. The 24/7 lobby area was also well stocked with water, various teas, and bananas. Very walkable to coffee shops and dinner spots. Thanks for the great stay!

This was a great place to stay. The location was conveniently downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants. There were clear instructions about mobile check in and check out. Parking is not included, but there is a parking lot conveniently behind the hotel and lots of street parking.
