What a joke of a company. The accommodations were fine although dirty and had stains all over the walls. It is probably great for a short stay without animals. I unfortunately was in between places as I was relocating to Chicago and stayed for a month with my dog. I honestly was ready to give a good review but not even ten minutes after check out I got a text saying I was being charged $500 for an animal.
This is why I freaked. My dog was on my reservation, my $3000 reservation was non-refundable, and it’s their pet policies you would think that this amount is what the reservation will be, including the dog on the reservation. They then trick you by emailing AFTER your non-refundable reservation that there are additional charges. They sneak these facts in an obnoxiously long disclosure you sign AFTER your reservation. Go on their website and see “Pet Policy” one sentence: you can bring one dog or cat.
Don’t support these kind of companies. The treatment I received after I pointed out their lack of transparency was atrocious. Makes me sick to live in such a dishonest society and then force you take it and not stand up. I was the customer, I paid what was due, and then fell in to a trap that I couldn’t get out of even if I wanted to. For a hotel stay, ridiculous.
