• Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.

• There is no on-site parking available, but there are nearby public garages and street parking.

• The pet spa and dog park on the property are exclusively for the use of residents only. Our building is certified at LEED Silver, allowing our guests to enjoy an experience that has lower environmental impact.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
