Great place, nice amenities, you get a big 1 bedroom apt for the price of a tiny hotel room. Great coffee place and breakfast place in the bldg. Will rent again. Only suggestions would be to use better cleaning products, the place smelled strongly of some commercial(smelled like Simple Green) cleaning stuff. We had to open all windows immediately to air it out. Also the place is very sparsely decorated, felt pretty sterile, virtually no artwork, some framed photos of Chicago landmarks or something would go a long way.

The unit had plenty of storage space. I was able to unpack and hang all my outfits and put the folded laundry in drawers or shelves. Same goes for the bathroom. It had plenty of drawers and cabinet space as well. The shower has a nice handheld shower head that can be adjusted to any height. The shower door was nice and tall. I don't mind this location but I think I prefer the location at One Superior Place over this one.

This unit was perfect for our family of four - my two boys (17 & 22) shared one bedroom with twin beds while my husband and I had a queen bed in the second bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows on our corner unit were stunning. We had a washer and dryer so we were able to do laundry a few times as well. The roof top deck was a very nice touch as well. We didn’t get in the pool but we did enjoy the couches and fire pits. Whole foods is only a few blocks away so we stocked our fridge with beer. The red line and the brown line are also close enough to walk. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall a pleasant stay Likes: Most of the staff were very friendly. Plenty of tea, coffee and amenities supplied. Water machine on level 16 was nice and refreshing Dislikes: Linen on bed was very thin and there were holes in the pillowcase. For the price we paid this should not be the case. Pool hours were supposed to be from 8am but the chemicals were not checked until after this time so no swimming until a lot later. Testing bottles were left on the pool table when no pool attendant was around.

Beautiful building in great location. Coffee Shop and restaurant right outside the door. Pool, gym, lounge areas for remote work, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Very walkable location. Don’t let the no parking deter you as there is plenty of lots/garages that are in close proximity to the building. Just book on SpotHero. We will be looking to book here again when we are back in Chicago. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a wonderful contemporary high rise building with a nice coffee shop in the lobby and good gym, pool and al fresco space in the building. It is also well-located. The only complaints we had were, although the place was spotless, the drains were clogged with massive hair clumps, and someone could only come clean them out the 2nd day of our stay, and they only had 2 pool towels for 4 guests. Kasa is immediately responsive and easy to reach. The full kitchen had the right balance of essentials and lack of clutter.

I would highly recommend this place, amazing value for the price. Great place to stay in Chicago. Great location, close to everything you need. The place was very comfortable, especially the bed. It is also great to have access to a gym and pool while staying there. The only issue I had was there being a loud generator across the street and I am sensitive to sound so I couldn’t have the window open. With the window closed you cannot hear it.

Great location and walking distance to trains, Whole Foods and a lot of restaurants. Also there’s a coffee shop within the building. Rooftop deck and pool was amazing and gym was very nice. The only cons would be that the walls were dirty in some places and not enough towels but there was a washer and dryer so we were able to wash them during our stay. It is accurately listed that there is only one tv in the living room but it would be nice to have one in the bedrooms but that is personal preference. Overall a great place.

Clean, comfortable, an excellent location in River North -- lots of great restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, and a long walk or short train from the museums, lakeshore, shopping etc. It's true that the process of checking in for the first time is a bit complicated, but if you follow the instructions it works out fine. One of the best places to stay while in Chicago. Place is close to downtown. The place was clean and I loved staying here. I got the studio and this has a view to the downtown. The only downside was there was no parking but still was not bad since I got a public parking right next to it.

I visited Chicago and opted to stay here. The place was really nice. I had a studio queen. The place is comfortable and clean. Its close to the downtown- about 20 min walk. The only problem here was there was no parking. We parked in a public parking right across the apartment. I received the codes 30 min before check-in and there were directions on how to access the locks and the apartment.

8/10 Very good
I visited Chicago and opted to stay here.
