Pros: Close to downtown, clean place, gym was good and beds were comfortable.
Cons: Kasa has a problematic communication system. It seems that their Filipino call center is shared with various other companies. The agents consistently apologize for the inconvenience and provide misleading and contradicting information, they sounded like they had no clue. I was initially assured that I could access parking for an extra fee, but later I was informed that the apartment did not include parking and they kept sending me contradictory information about parking. Moreover, the toilet flush kept malfunctioning, requiring manual intervention. Furthermore, despite closing the windows, the persistent traffic noise remained audible, overshadowed only by the constant rumble of passing trains.
Besides that, it was an okay place.
