From solo (and tech-savvy) traveler: WARNING TO WOMEN TRAVELERS - there is NO interior lock on the door!!! Kasa was great except for the fact that I felt totally unsafe at night while sleeping. Kasa senior management, just google how many women have been sexually assaulted at hotels for this reason….explains why there is always an interior latch at hotels. AND your system is also vulnerable to hacking because it’s digital. It's a shame because I would like to love Kasa because it was otherwise great, but no way will I ever stay there again.

Location was both safe and walkable. Public transit was easy. Room was very spacious, clean, stylish, quiet, and well organized. Had some issues with shower not getting hot enough and lights on microwave/stove being too bright at night. Otherwise, no complaints!

This property was ok, but there was sticky material left on the desk and no deadbolt on the door. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Lication was great!

My first stay in Chicago was really nice thanks to kasa. The interior was fashionable and cozy, and the location was a 2-minute walk from the nearest station, which was very convenient for us to explore downtown by train. The inside of the building is always clean and smells good! I loved it!! I definitely want to stay again.

Great safe location. New building with incredible amenities. Excellent value for room with full kitchen. We found parking nearby using SpotHero that was safe and inexpensive. Checkin instructions were detailed and clear. Will definitely be back!

We loved our room and the location was great. We could easily walk to whatever we needed, across the street from the L-Train and loved the layout of our room, great views and the bed was super comfortable. I would most definitely go back and stay again!

A great place to stay. Very clean, we were able to walk to the Magnificent Mile, museums, and tons of great restaurants, as well as Whole Foods. It was easy to get in and out of unit and the front desk assistants were very professional and helpful. Having a beautiful place to stay made our first trip to Chicago very enjoyable.

This is a great space. Lots of natural lighting. Very friendly front desk staff. Kass staff checks in with you immediately after arrival and daily thereafter to be sure all is well. Very clean and quiet. Great location and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops.

We spent 9 days at Kasa Old Town and really happy with our choice. The one bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean- modern and well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable- public spaces and gym all very nice. Rooftop looks amazing but not open yet because of the time of year. Staff at front desk really friendly and accommodating- would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

With a major museum just a few blocks away, the elevated train platform around the corner, bus stop at the corner, restaurants, galleries, and pubs within walking distance, nighttime views of the city, washer/dryer/fridge/microwave in the unit...one of the best places I have ever stayed...and I have stayed in places all over the world!
