Location is great but I will be avoiding Kasa going forward and I recommend you do the same. We we’re treated terribly while we were here, the washer and dryer were broken. They sent someone in the unit while we were not there without our consent, they didn’t deliver the key fob to us for days so multiple people had to share one key fob for exiting and entering the apartment complex, they market themselves as dog friendly however, after my dog was barking a couple times when someone entered our unit, the noise sensor went off and they kicked us out with less than two hours notice. We try to speak to customer service about this and they wouldn’t help us at all. I would avoid staying with Kasa and I hope someone sees this message and can change the way you treat your guests. We had nine nights booked over the holiday and we had to leave with four nights left. Pack all our stuff up, get the clothes out of the washer and dryer, which were still wet because it was broken, and find a new place to stay all within less than two hours. The location was perfect and the apartment complex is nice. The beds were not that nice. The inside of the apartment did not feel that clean, and like I said washer and dryer were continuously broken.
