Excellent place to stay great location staff is very friendly!

This was the worst experience I've ever had in all of the years I've used AIRBNB. My guest and I were racially profiled by the racist doorman. The host Kasa sent me a text telling me to vacate the property on the second day. The reason being my guest weren't wearing a mask in the building. Which was a complete lie. But I'm not going to stay anywhere I'm not wanted. So Kasa agreed to a refund for the remaining 3 days if we left within the hour which we did. After we left they said they weren't going to give us a refund. I will definitely be filling a discrimination claim against Kasa!

Absolutely amazing room and a beautiful view. As a first time air bnb'er they guided us through checkin and made sure we knew of all amenities to get the most out of our stay.

Amazing location and very smooth check in/check out process. Had everything we needed, very comfy bed, spacious and great views! The hosts communicated really well and offered great customer service. Can’t wait to stay here again!

My stay at Kasa was amazing! Kasa's check in and check out instructions were very detailed and made the check in and check out processes very smooth. Kasa also communicated a lot which was very helpful. The amenities of the unit were perfect. The space was very stylish. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

Large comfortable studio in the South Loop. Really nice view and good location

This was a very nice apartment in a great location, with great views. The place was clean and the check-in process, while complicated, was clearly explained. The only minor cleanliness-related issue was that the shower gel bottle was empty when we arrived. Prior to check-in, Kasa made me fill out a bunch of extra paperwork on their website, which was mildly annoying. The whole Kasa experience just seemed to add a layer or clunkiness to the airbnb process. I had to use their website to find check-in instructions, the wifi password (which wasn't posted anywhere in the apartment either), and other info. A regular host that just utilizes the airbnb is just slightly easier.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Easy to check in. Great views of the city.

Loved that they thought of everything in the kitchen in terms of cooking and cleaning! The apartment had everything you needed and it was nice having a washer dryer in the apartment.

So far the best place I booked from VRBO or AIRBNB.

It’s a modern apartment so the amenities are great, especially the full kitchen and provided parking. Although this property is along the outskirts of the downtown area, it is still walking distance from the supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again because every aspect of my stay was efficient and convenient.

The cleaning personnel suck the floors so dirty the cleaning personnel used to be clean I will be booking somewhere else next time

The place was very nice and overall clean. There is room for improvement on cleaning as there was marks on the wall, a few spots on the rug and hairs in the bathtub. There was not any toilet paper, paper towels, enough bath towels, or sheet for the pull out bed. I was reimbursed for those items. Great walking distance to places and parking was included in stay which is wonderful for downtown. So overall it was a good stay and I would stay there again.

Very nice apartment building, excellent location

This is a beautiful apartment in a superb location - right on Clark just south of Polk, 2 1/2 block walk from Grant Park, and about 3 blocks to the Roosevelt station on the orange line. The KASA folks did a great job of communicating, sent very detailed instructions - even with photos. Parking is included! - but I did not use. Apartment was clean, nice touches such as a book on Frank Lloyd Wright on the coffee table. Both and electric tea kettle and coffee maker - prior guests had left tea and coffee (which I replaced) Bed/bedding clean and comfortable. Felt like I was a guest in someone's home. Obviously building inhabited by young professionals, very friendly. Security front desk also very friendly and helpful. Chicago BikeShare right outside at end of driveway. Great restaurants within a block. Will be my go-to location on all of my future visits to downtown Chicago - assuming is available!!

今回、鍵のトラブルで大変な思いをしました。 エクスペディアのカスタマーサポート様には、トラブル解決のために電話で対応していただきお世話になりましたが、それでも今回のことは納得のいかない部分がありますのでお伝えします。 1) Kasa downtown に着いて、受付の人に言われて、4桁の番号入力で部屋に入るシステムであることを知った。その番号を知るためには予約時に送ってもらったメールの中にあったサイトにアクセスすることが必要であるとのこと、自分はそれはやり損ねていたため、その場でそのメールを開いてアクセスしてみたが、エラーとなり全く前に進まなかった。 どんなことがあってもアパートの方ではカギをあけられない、予約者本人が番号を得るしか方法がない、とKASA受付もエクスペディアさんも言われるので、仕方なく以下の対応をした。 2) エクスペディア様からKasa本部に聞いていただき、上記1)と同じメールを送りなおしてもらったが、やはりcodeを得るためにリンクを押してもエラーで前に進まないことは同じだった。 3) 予約者本人のIDや顔写真をKASAに送れということになり、それをしたところ、しばらくしてから、同上のメールからの、アクセスが可能になり、4桁の番号がメールで送られてきた。同時に、KASA本部と交渉してくれていたKASA　Chicagoの受付の人の電話口でも4桁の番号が知らされた。　 ここまでで、Kasaに到着してから2時間以上、部屋の入り口の前で、日本やアメリカに電話しながらの待ちぼうけだった。この時点で、KASA受付人からKASA本部に対して電話口で、私がr連泊すること、宿泊費はすでに払っていることなどが強く伝えられていた。 4) やっと部屋に入ると、前泊者のごみやよごれた洗濯物が、大きなランドリーワゴンの上に置きっぱなしになって放置されていた。洗濯機の中にも洗濯物が残っていた。遅いのでその日はそのままにしておいた。 5) 翌日、外出から帰ると、昨日の4桁の番号を入力しても鍵が開かなくなっていた。番号が変わるなどという連絡も何もなかったのに。KASA受付人にクレームしても知らないとのこと。 そこでまたエクスペディア日本語カスタマーに連絡したところ、KASA本部が電話に出ないので、自分でかけてくれとのこと。こっちで電話しても出ないものは変わらないでしょ、何とかしてくださいとお願いして、また待つことしばらく、なんだかんだ1時間以上、部屋に入れずに待ちぼうけ。 結局、なぜか全く違う番号に変更されていたことが分かった。 6) ようやく部屋に入ると、今朝まであったはずの汚れ物のワゴンがなくなっていた。アパートの誰かが、部屋に入れたということだ。マスターキーがあるか、4桁の番号を知っていたか？だったら、こういう緊急事態の時にはまずは何とかしてくれるものではないのか。 ＊部屋自体には満足しています。しかし、今回のトラブルに対する一連の対応には全く納得がいきません。 今後少なくてもKASAでこういうことが起きないように、改善を希望します。

Overall great experience Overall great experience staying with Kasa at AMLI 900 in Downtown Chicago. The condo location is well-located within walking distance of many key attractions including Millennium Park, Buckingham Fountain and the Field Museum. Reasonably close to metro and restaurants including Lou Malnati’s for deep dish pizza! Parking is provided behind the building, but be mindful of speed radar along South Clark St near the surrounding park area. We had a spectacular lakeview of the Chicago sunrise each morning. The one bedroom unit itself was clean, with a functioning kitchen, washing machine, decent WI-FI and Roku TV. We did notice that a few plates in the cupboard had dry food stains. The condo amenities on the top floor included a pool table, and a rooftop view of the Chicago skyline. The cyber café on the first floor also offered complimentary coffee from a Starbucks machine for all residents.

Convenient and very comfortable Great location we walked everywhere. The suite is clean and comfy with all you could need in the kitchen.

Kasa Chicago - 900 South Clark st. Overall a great experience. Big appartment that is clean for most part ( yes I'm fussy). Very good location and available amenities. 2 large bedrooms with a king size and 2 single beds. Clean and comfy bedding, all the possible utensils and plates you can think of. Large fridge, a range, a dishwasher and washer and dryer. As an added bonus: parking, very short distance walk to a Target store and a Starbucks machine accessible at the ground level lounge ( dont forget to bring your own cup). Walking distance to one of the best boat tours in town and fair amount of restaurants in the neighbourhood. 5 mins drive to China town. Great views from the appartment. We had an issue with our AC unti which was fixed by the on site team the next morning. Wasnt particularly happy about this but can happen anywhere.
