Wow! My colleague and I were pleasantly surprised after booking this place. We were both attending a conference (primarily) being held at the McCormick and connected hotels. While less than two miles away, I found the walk to and from quite pleasant and my colleague found Uber quite convenient. (I noted the rental bikes outside the hotel on my final evening, which I might have been inclined to utilize). The up side to staying away from the McCormick is there were higher diversity/less expensive of choices for food at night. We had a room that faced Lake Michigan. I am an early riser and enjoyed a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise above the lake and then pass between the buildings between us and the shore. My colleague enjoyed the patio on the 24th floor during the morning of his final day, which was after I left. Wow! did I miss a fantastic opportunity to enjoy my coffee each morning! While the front desk does not support Kasa, once in and obtaining your 'badge', movement in and out of the building was very easy. All communication was handled through text messages, and Kasa was ALWAYS quick to respond (less than five minutes). If we have another reason to visit near Kasa, this place will be our #1 choice.

It was the perfect location for anyone going to soldier field for a game/concert. It was clean and there was lots of restaurants around. I will definitely stay there again!
