Perfect Pacific Heights location Likes: Wow, what a great experience with Kasa! I was looking for an apartment for my week long stay in SF and The Addison truly delivered! The apartment was stunning and new. The kitchen was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Location was a dream in the middle of Pac Heights. I think I found my new home away from home!

The Kasa was ideal for my month-long stay as an initial base during my relocation to San Francisco. The location is great — only a couple of blocks from the buzz of Fillmore street. Union street and Hayes Valley were also short walks away, so there're a plethora of bars and restaurants in all directions. The Kasa itself is as advertised. Everything is newly installed, clean and modern. The virtual front desk system did a good job of guiding me through the check-in process and informing me where to find things. Thankfully, there are still means to contact a real person when necessary — I was able to contact a member of the Kasa team when I discovered the water wasn't running one morning and everything was dealt with promptly. The only minor frustrations I encountered were some occasional noise from building work — I guess there are still some final things being finished off. However over the course of my month-long stay this only occurred once or twice. And I suspect had I been on a vacation or generally out-and-about as opposed to working throughout the day from the Kasa, I may not have ever noticed. Overall I was really happy with my experience, would recommend.

bright, clean new units in a great location, with full kitchen, good communication from "virtual front desk"

The place was great. Spotless when I checked in and had everything one needed for a long term stay of a week. The bedding was comfortable (if you like firm mattresses. The laundry machine really came in handy as well. I didn’t hear a peep from any of the other occupants.

It is a great place to stay! All new modern construction. In addition to the kitchen, my room had a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and blowdryer. Clothes washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, teas bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. Room was in the back and looked out into the back yard. The TV is not a smart TV and has no cable or satellite, so only one local station. Otherwise loved our stay and will definitely return.

Great location in San Francisco, muni stops right outside. Unit was just as described would stay here again.

Loved the ease of access and location in Pac Heights

I loved my stay here. I stayed here for an extended amount of time for work. The location is perfect. It's safe, quiet, very close to Fillmore Street, which has a lot of restaurants, 3 different grocery stores, and a beautiful park. I was able to walk to Crissy Field, Ghirardelli Square, The Fisherman's Wharf and a few other touristy places! The apartment itself is new, modern, and clean. The shared kitchen area is modern with everything you need to cook great meals. The other residents and myself worked well together to keep it clean and we never had a time use issue. Lastly, the management was very responsive to all my needs, and other residents as well! I recommend this place highly.

Amazing location in residential Pac Heights, beautiful area to walk around in San Francisco. Easy contactless check-in, and the room was clean and functional and even included a full fridge and cooktop. Very easy and comfortable stay in a really unique place for a hotel in SF!

Place was great and was in a great location in San Francisco. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Only drawback is there was no full length mirror if you're trying to get ready in the morning.

Completely new property with an awesome location and very responsible, responsive, and quick help. I used to live in Pac Heights, and I appreciated that this property allowed me to live my former life. Highly recommend overall!

We had a great stay at Kasa! It is true to how it is advertised although the pictures. Check in was super convenient and it was in a great area. It was clean. It is a good place for a temporary stay in SF.

This place was great for a week’s stay right next to Japantown, everything was within walking distance. The place itself was very clean and modern. The particular space I was in had great lighting which included two skylights, waking up to the sun shining felt amazing each morning. Would definitely consider this place again in the future when visiting SF!

Brand new stay. Nice & clean. Very minima kitchen supplies. Be ready for stairs. The bedroom is above the living room. Stairs up to the unit & stairs in the unit.

Absolutely LOVED all of the amenities and modern appliances. This is a rare gem in such a prime location in SF. Can't beat it, you've got everything you'll need in one of the most affluent, charming neighborhoods in the heart of the city. The owners and staff were super communicative and helpful at all times. Highly recommend living here!

Amazing place in a beautiful part of San Fran, easily houses two people with a very comfy bed and pull out couch . Incredibly clean and well kept. The time I was saying there was some construction going on in the building and could be quite loud in the morning but apart from that it was a beautiful and amazing place would definitely book again.

Nice accommodations and great location. The place is brand new. Perfect for a solo traveler. The walls are pretty thin and it can be noisy depending on who your neighbors are, but I slept fine with ear plugs. I would stay there again.

We stayed at The Addison over Thanksgiving. Everything was first-rate -- the location is unbeatable, beautiful building that has been redone from head to toe while maintaining a classic SF facade, and we had a quiet room in the back of the building. Perfect place for us to stay a week where we could keep and prepare our own food in the efficiency kitchenette, and at a very competitive rate. Check in was super easy and everything was smooth. Highly recommend if you're looking for more of a local apartment type feel in a fantastic location.

I stayed with my husband and baby boy this past week and had a great experience! While it is in hilly San Francisco, the location was perfect for us to go get groceries, coffee, and dine out all within walking distance. I personally loved the bed, it is the most comfortable mattress I've slept on. Had a minor issue with the washer but the Guest Experience team was able to get someone to come and fix it within 24 hours. Thank you and we will stay here next time we are in SF!

Issue raised with water flooding from the bathroom was not resolved

New housing. Part of a group of rooms in a pac heights house. Very clean and fit the description. There were some teething problems since I believe I was the first guest in the apartment. Overall, great experience!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Addison. The location is ideal and central to many dining options, it’s just a 10 minute walk to Japantown! I liked the park nearby to enjoy the outdoors on a sunny warm day! It’s in a safe neighborhood and I was comfortable taking a stroll in the evenings. I had a loft unit with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs which was most welcomed unlike a regular hotel room. The unit itself was very spacious with kitchen which is ideal for longer stay period and provides all necessary kitchen amenities. I would definitely come back to stay here at Kasa when I return to the city.

I had an amazing stay at The Addison! It is a brand new building and every detail was beautifully designed. The apartment had so many windows and was full of natural light. I really appreciated the kitchen and washer/dryer in-unit (hard to find in SF)! Loved the neighborhood - especially Lafayette park which was basically out my front door. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to San Francisco :)

What a beautiful property! It is a brand new building with brand new furnishings and you barely see the other guests. It's so nice to have a kitchen for longer stays. And the best part is the location - just a short walk from the Fillmore District with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping nearby. You can also walk downhill to the Marina and Presidio Park. I can't wait to stay again!
