• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). • Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.

• Though we do not provide parking, Kasa The Addison is conveniently located across the street from the Sacramento and Buchanan bus stop, where Bus 1 can take you to major stops downtown. Paid public parking options are also available nearby.

• This property does not have luggage storage.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
