Horrible stay. Had to leave before completing the stay. Staff as bad as the facilities.
Dislikes: Even though the room was dirty, and the shower hadn't been cleaned, I was ok to stay there for the short 2 nights. Unfortunately, however, it was freezing, and the hotel refused to switch on the heat. Even though it was 40 degrees outside, the heat was off and there was nothing they were willing to do to switch it on. The customer service was completely unhelpful and like robots reading scripts. They have no one on site to help.
Because of the very low temperatures, I had to leave and stay elsewhere. There was no convincing to have them refund my stay. It was only after I was about to file a small claims suit agains them that they refunded my stay. Terrible facility and team.
