Excelente estancia!! Excelente, los condominios están en muy buenas condiciones.

The apartment is exactly as described - very new interior renovation; appropriately stocked kitchen; convenient location to all Wellington activities (just off Forest Hill Blvd) . I enjoyed walking the perimeter path, the community pool and I used the fitness center twice. These apartments are in a very large apartment complex which itself is not very attractive - the exteriors are very square cement structures. But inside the apartment is quite lovely. Ask for a first floor apartment if you can't do stairs (there are three floors - no elevator - so that would be two flights of stairs to the third floor.). The neighbors were quiet, the parking was easy and the Central location is perfect for all the equestrian activities. I would definitely return here for my next trip.

We did not know what to expect with KASA and couldn't really work out if we were staying on a holiday 'condo' style complex or something else. The fact we never checked in at a front desk was very strange at first as everything was conducted over email and a special log in to the 'virtual front desk'... This leap in the dark was a brilliant decision as when we arrived at our apartment / unit, we were instantly impressed by the standard and cleanliness of the unit. The unit really was immaculately clean and we felt like it was actually recently refurbished. Small details like the seals around the bath were shining white and the tiles the same. The appliances also were clean (possibly new) and the carpets also were very clean and comfy to walk on. The unit was spacious and the facilities from cookware, chopping boards, plenty of kitchen bowls, jugs and containers to cutlery and many other things like washing up liquid, sanitation liquid, even cooking oil and salt & pepper, meant that we didn't have to get anything other than the food itself. They also supplied coffee pods and to our joy, English Breakfast Tea bags. A large fridge and freezer with internal ice maker. Dishwasher and waste disposal in the sink. There were two massive flat screen TVs (Lounge and Bedroom) and as I was doing some work, I was impressed that this unit actually had fibre optic coming in (i saw the unit in the cupboard) and lightning quick internet with huge UP and DOWN speeds. This is essential for those working (or if you have kids that are glued to their gaming devices!). The kitchen also had a washing machine and dryer unit. We made use of these and brought a clean set of clothes home! They even provided the washing powder pods. We made use of the complex pool a few times and this is where we learned that the complex is a gated community and KASA have a block or two units which they offer out. The rest is private lettings for people to live in. I am very pleased we stayed here and will definitely use KASA again. The check out process was also very simple as we logged on to the Virtual Front desk and clicked "Checked Out". (March 2023)

Beautiful apartment on the third floor. No elevator but steps were easy to navigate. The unit had everything except a coffee table in the sitting area and night lights in the bathrooms. Washer, dryer and dishwasher made living here very convenient. Outside porch area was very noisy all day long as it looked over the main road thru the apartment complex. There was also a constant clicking noise as cars exited the facility. Pool area was very beautiful and peaceful. The ground were very well taken care of. We enjoyed the closeness to the mall, restaurants and the Polo complex.

Great place to stay and very convenient location. Only thing I wish I knew before hand was that it was on the third floor and had to lug my suitcase up the stairs but the place was beautiful and the pool was great.

The room is nice and clean but the pool is not heated and there is no one to help you with anything Likes: The room was very clean Dislikes: The pool is NOT heated and was missing water + dirty . There is no security at this "hotel" not safe at night. They tell you not to make noise but the area is extremely noisy. Really it depends on what amount you paid for the room , for the area it's in you should pay too much.

The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

I had such an amazing experience! The apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything I needed to live there for a month. I would definitely use this Kasa location again!

We had trouble with checking in on time since the apartment wasn’t cleaned until 7:00pm and we were given a wrong address (I imagine it was a simple typo). Once the rough start was taken care or, everything went very smoothly. This location offers everything you need within a mile of the location. There are great restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and much more literally within walking distance if you choose. Check out the Wellington Equestrian Center also. They offer free admission to lots of events. We definitely enjoyed our stay and Kasa did very well smoothing things out after our rough start at check in.

Likes: Everything was just perfect! Clean and comfortable apartment. Looked new. Loved the kitchen - everything that we needed for a short stay was available. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. I would stay there again if I go back to the area. It was easy to communicate with the staff. We enjoyed the wine time at their clubhouse as well. Dislikes: The washing machine looks new but it was loud.

Very clean, comfy and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kasa's willingness to respond was excellent. However, on the ground, people ignored me. the property had an intolerable smell, and access to the pool and facilities was only given to me last day as they forgot to leave access cards. I tried leaving to a hotel and they wouldnt refund me the last night. i was disappointed

My wife & didn’t know what to expect coming in to this mini vacation at Kasa Wellington Green!! When we got here, we were immediately BLOWN away!! The free parking, The space in thee apartment. The living area, the full kitchen, the appliances, cookware, and cooking space in the kitchen! Surrounded by such a great view and scene of Florida trees and sunshine. All TVs were Awesome sizes, esp for a married man who loves his sports!! All Apps were available to sign in! It’s like we were home, but actually a little better! New apartment in complex very close to WEF. Clean and new. Responsive host. We had a broken coffee maker, but they provided a gift card to the nearby Starbuck, so that was not a problem. Quiet. We'd happily stay again

Nice property

Great place overall, lots of noise coming from the next door units and from out on the street, some teenagers driving loud cars all day, they speed and test these cars during the day, police showed up once for a call. Kasa did great on cleanliness and check in/out instructions. Good stay overall.

Met all our needs.

The unit was nice and a good space for what we needed. We had an issue with someone coming in unannounced (no knocking or anything, just used a code to let themselves in). Kasa apologized and, upon my request, changed the code. The team was responsive. We tried to extend by two nights but they charged double the price per night so that felt like price gouging. Though there was a personal touch missing to the considerations and communication, as it's obviously a larger cooperation, we enjoyed the property and location.

I loved the virtual check in and Checkout . The directions to the house that include photos and instructions were clear and perfect. Everything was clean, beautiful decoration and as you see it in the photos. They have all the elements

Well appointed home. 2 bed 2 bath a walk in and extra closet in both rooms, iron and ironing boards and hair dryer available for use. linens, bath essentials, laundry and soap, kitchen includes all necessary cooking utensils, both kuerig and regular brewer, towels both paper and cloth and cleaning needs. A real plus to have extra of everything as needed. Very clean Easy verification process Simple access to gates and unit. Quick and efficient communication with host Will definitely consider this option when returning to the area Large dressers in both bedrooms could use drawer repair need more hangers in closets Would suggest shower wands in both baths as we are not tall people but the tubs are so high that the shower heads are too low Need a smaller drinking glass choice in kitchen And a larger saute pan

Dislikes: The stove is old, need to be updated

Great experience. Would rent here again. Likes: Easy parking and access. Clean facilities and nice big useable kitchen. Dislikes: Coffee maker wasn’t functioning but everything else was perfect.
