Wellington location was great! Room was modern and flowed nicely. Very spacious, bright with sunshine streaming in from Windows and enclosed porch. Gym and pool, tennis, basketball and enclosed doggie park. A mile and half to stores. Really enjoyed our stay. The team was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend Kasa experience. Thank you.

It was a great stay. Host is very caring and responsive. Place was clean. Very spacious and comfortable. It is a peaceful community surrounded by lot of places to eat and shop.

The staff and communication was fabulous! Really enjoyed the stay! Likes: The location was perfect! Close to shopping, dinner and entertainment. Dislikes: The unit was not as updated as the photos.. still good and comfortable but could you an uplift for the pricing of unit.

Wonderful unit, super clean, nicely furnished and decorated, minor appliance replacement was done quickly and while we were out so that was convenient. We found KASA very responsive, the only small glitch was we booked within a day of rental and didn’t receive the necessary email of instructions to follow to use their front desk app to access the unit. We called and were helpfully talked through the process, but it would have been better to have completed that additional app process while not in the units parking lot waiting to enter. Again though, the unit itself was so very nice, it was definitely a 5 stars experience, and it was probably my email filter that blocked that necessary email to me.

Upon taking a day off of my 10 day reservation, Kasa canceled my entire reservation Christmas Day, kept 3 days (822$) in their pocket, and forced me to sleep outside waiting for my belonging till the next morning. I would not recommend staying at ANY Kasa Airbnb. Horrible people, horrible service.

Comfortable and pleasant. I highly rec Likes: Quiet, spacious, clean, roomy/functional kitchen. Nicely decorated. Clean linens and soft towels. Dislikes: Noisy washing machine. The area to the stairs and the hallway outside the entrance door felt depressing. Pointy bed corners.

I came down to West Palm Beach for a quick 3 night trip to help my mother in law. I couldn’t have found a better, cleaner, more comfortable place to retreat to, relax in and work at. Communication from Kasa was excellent. Everything was very easy. I opened the door to find an immaculate, well designed, spacious apartment. As a gym rat, I made use of the small but adequate gym and large pool. Wellington is a beautiful area, and this development is conveniently located right near the mall. I’ll be back next time with the family.

Could not fault it Likes: Everything- many of the properties fixtures and fittings appeared new. Everything was clean and tidy, it was spacious and had every amenity that we required. Our request for an early arrival was granted immediately. We especially appreciated all the extras like plentiful supply of coffee, washing machine and washer tablets etc. Of the many rental properties we have been in : this was the best. Kasa keep this up. Dislikes: Nothing
