The only thing(s) were: 1) the little microscopic ants on the counter top in the kitchen. They don't really do any harm but had to keep wiping them to the sink. 2) no elevator. #rd floor is a hike with suitcases.

Very clean but overall the place is very tired..particularly the principle bathtub. The kitchen was well equipped except for a single small wood cutting board. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Luckily I needed to get up early but there was a very bright street lamp next to the unit which the blinds were unable to block out. The communal areas were not very nice and slightly scary. Great location close to amenities. Communication excellent. Most important was the place was clean and everything worked. Overall fine.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to food and our children. I would prefer a Kurig but the coffee bags weren't bad. Next visit I will ask for another set of sheets and more towels. We were given two towels which wasn't enough for 21 days. Management provided more towels. Thankful for a ground floor unit. Never used the pool. Too cool.

We have stayed at Kasa properties for many years. However, I am noticing the upkeep has taken a slide as the inside is looking worn and there have been no improvements. The blinds in the bedroom at the one we stayed at are awful and street lamps beam in blinding you all night. We reported this last year and they must have ignored it. Lastly and most upsetting, there is no longer coffee makers in Kasas. A strange amenity to eliminate. All said, Kasa is a great place to stay for the price. Just hope they do some maintenance - even a coat of paint.

Very happy with our stay. Super location, convenient for range of local shops and restaurants as well as access to main road networks. Ample parking available at all times. Accommodation was spacious and practical. We had a couple of queries / requests and were impressed with how quickly the team came back to us and resolved them. Lovely lake setting in the complex along with good quality gym and super swimming pool. Will definitely consider returning to the same accommodation in the future.

It's hard to find decent Airbnbs in Wellington especially during season. This is a really good option. The place is easy to get in and out and it's in a good location. The neighborhood is fine and the place is clean and sheets are soft. It's not super luxurious or anything but much better than a hotel room when you're staying longer than a couple days. Big tv's with apps in every room, nice layout, kitchen well stocked, laundry soap etc. Communication was great. Plenty of space. Would definitely book again.

Great location, easy to get to and private (gated). Close to WEF and local farms which was great as I was there for business. Overall the apartment was very clean and convenient. Very peaceful as well. Very nice it had a washer and dryer also. However some minor things: - the bed was super uncomfortable unfortunately, it was so bad that we had to pull out the mattress from the pull out couch to create our own mattress topper because we simply couldn’t sleep. - the bar stools depicted in the pictures were not there which would have been nice to eat at. - be mindful it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator so you will have to haul suitcases up the stairs. - Pool was not heated which was a bummer. The gym was horrible, most of the equipment was broken, the on-demand virtual classes didn’t work. Other than that it was great! Easy check in and out, responsive host although I’m pretty sure it was AI. Would stay again if they get new mattresses!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kasa’s Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, nicely appointed, and clean! Also enjoyed the large flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The location was close to major highways, restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in and check out was super easy and communication was superb. I highly recommend this Airbnb and we look forward to our next stay!

This Kasa owned and managed apartment was okay but definitely needs some attention like new paint (it looks run down) and some amenities like a rug in the living room. It is very basic and dated (bathroom and kitchen). I think the prices should be less than the local Marriot hotel to make it worthwhile.
