Everything was smooth between the check in and out. I didn’t have any problem with the parking spot. You just need to park in the assigned spot and get the permit. It’s very family oriented. I will definitely stay again.

(Translated by Google) Terrible place surrounded by nightclubs, people are high and drunk, there's no service, everything is abandoned, the rooms don't have blackout curtains, the light shines in your face as soon as dawn breaks. Checking in was a little confusing because we didn’t get our initial checkin information, but other than that the stay was amazing. Comfortable for four guest, clean, and beautiful amenities. Along with this being a walkable city, this was a great stay for a great price. Will be returning!

Sadly throughout my 21 day stay I had NO internet or TV connection !! I had to purchase and rely on my own. kasa was only communicating through AI which meant a wait of 3 days to get someone to work on the issue that only gave me connection for 3 hours !!! it's sad because the building and amenities are amazing. however all remarks about noise both inside the building and out are valid.

Booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for a long weekend. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a short-term rental. It’s located right in the heart of Wynwood, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit, as the property sits along the flight path for MIA’s runway. The surrounding streets can also be lively, given the central location. It didn’t bother me personally, but it could be an issue for some guests. At the time of booking, the pricing was very reasonable compared to similar options closer to Downtown or South Beach. I’d definitely stay here again

Very loud music Likes: Spacious apartment Dislikes: Be aware that tve apartment is across a bar with loud music. The windows are not blocking the sound. I adressed this immediately with the company, they told me let s see how tomorrow goes and contact us again. When you are only staying 2 days, that is no help. Surely they are aware of this issue but they act surprised ...very unrealistic since the bar is open every night.they even provide earplugs with a note...so I guess they know what is going on. Also it s a rental apartment and I m sure they can not rent out this apartment accross the bar.

The stay itself was great the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the management really brought the experience down. The WiFi never worked during my stay despite multiple requests and they didn’t provide something as basic as an extra blanket when asked. On top of that, I had reserved parking in advance yet my car was still towed, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. It’s a shame because the property has a lot of potential, but the lack of responsiveness and poor management made the overall experience disappointing.
