Good all-round experience Booked a room at the Mint at the last minute. I was traveling so couldn't complete the online check-in process right away but contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. Location was great. The apartment was much more comfortable than a standard hotel room with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Would definitely choose this option again.

The property is ideally located in lower manhattan. Easy access to subways to go uptown. Great location to explore low battery park and make a trip out to the Statue of Liberty. Room was very spacious. Very comfortable with daily maid service. Staff in the lobby were exceptionally helpful very courteous and made for a great visit. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

I don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere else. Our 3 bed/2 bath room was immaculate and well stocked for five guests. It was a massive space with plenty of room to feel comfortable. The location is perfect! We never felt unsafe— each room has its own unique code for elevator and room access. Guest services were very helpful, especially Alex. He was so kind! I would definitely stay here again.

My family had an extremely good experience with the Mint House. Communication is key, the text messaging check in process and access codes are sent to you the day of check in. You can use the front desk attendant to check in also who were very friendly and helpful. Our condo was very clean, stocked and comfortable. We had 2 adults and 3 children stay in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with queen pull out bed. The living and kitchen space is very comfortable we never felt tight. Nice convenient location to Wall Street, easy access for uber pick up and drop off. We have zero complaints and will be using the Mint House for all our future visits to NYC!

We went as a family of 4 (kids of 8 and 10), and used this as a base for NYC. The apartment was incredible; clean, spacious and quiet. The check in process was smooth, and the location was brilliant - short walk to Brooklyn Bridge and 2 subway stops that served most of Manhattan. I'd absolutely recommend this as a base for a family, we all loved it.

The Mint House was in a perfect location for a few friends and I to stay in. We had so much fun walking to the nearby bars and restaurants, and the air b&b itself was perfect for us! Really impressed with this listing.

Exceeded Our Expectations – We'd Stay Again! We really enjoyed our stay in NYC's Financial District! The location was perfect—about a 15-minute walk to the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, and the Charging Bull, and the Wall Street subway entrance was only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. We stayed in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite as a group of three, and it was surprisingly spacious for NYC. It could easily accommodate up to six people comfortably. The place looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and came equipped with a full kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Having a grocery store in the building and several restWe really enjoyed our stay in NYC's Financial District! Great space in a perfect location. Perfect location with great decor and very thoughtful detail! Large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows all for a comparable price to the hotels downtown.

The Mint House by Kasa isn’t bad but it isn’t great either. The rooms are very spacious and families, like us, may consider this as reasonably priced option. That said, there are a few things to consider: - other reviews questioned the cleanliness of the rooms and I agree. We ended up staying in 2 rooms (we had to move rooms) and I didn’t feel like they were as clean as they could be - hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the table. It gave me the icks. - in both rooms we stayed in there was a very noticeable odor as soon as you walked in the room. It hit you in the face. - as mentioned above, we moved rooms. This was due to an issue with the AC in the bedroom. We let the front desk know. Though Giselle was very nice and helpful, she thought she fixed it, but didn’t. We spent a sleepless night without AC and as a consulation - they gave us some free coffees at the cafe. You read that right - coffees. Though spacious and reasonable, we will not be staying at the Mint House again.

Mint House is our favorite place to stay in NYC with family. We love the spacious suites and the full kitchen is so helpful. Location can’t be beat, grocery store downstairs and great restaurants in the building. 2 min to the subway. Fabulous.

This was actually a very spacious apartment and more than met our needs. Highly recommended for families who would like space to spread out and have access for a to two bathrooms and a full kitchen!

Mint 70 was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Amazing service and a perfect location to explore all of the financial district and southern Manhattan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place and a great location to explore NYC.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful building (exterior scaffolding excluded... but that's NYC). Extremely friendly and helpful concierge in the dedicated lobby. Even held our bags after checkout until we were ready to head out. Perfect location to watch the July 4th fireworks without relying on transit.

Feels like a home away from home. They respond immediately to text messages at any time and address any issues you have. Can’t expect any more from an establishment. Love staying there.
