Great place for families.

Our stay was perfect. We were surprised by the size of the apartment - there was so much space for our family of four. The grocery store downstairs was super convenient. The staff was very accommodating. We have no complaints!

My booking was cancelled when I got there. I was just told over and over again that they cannot help me. I was left without a place at midnight. The receptionist offered me a breakfast coupon. Worst experience of my life.

The staff at Mint House are first class. The level of service and communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was as good as I have experienced anywhere. The property itself is of a high standard and located in the financial district, a short walk from the nearest subway on Wall Street. The area is significantly quieter to that of areas uptown such as Times Square but still only 25 mins on the subway. There is a great coffee shop and cafe on site along with a high class restaurant and roof top bar. I would highly recommend Mint House / first class experience that really added to our NYC visit .

What a find!! This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff & management of this hotel are terrific. They communicate extremely well and are super accommodating. We had a huge room with lots of amenities and navigating from there was simple. I am going to stay here every time I am in New York.

Great weekend getaway for a reasonable price Great experience. The place was essentially a huge apartment and not a hotel room. Parking was tight, being that it was downtown Greenville, but we managed to find a space everyday. Hotel is in great walking distance to everything. The price compared to other downtown hotels was a solid value.

Excellent Likes: The apartment was very nice, with comfortable bed and amenities and good cleanliness. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location. Great to be able to do laundry. Dislikes: For the price of the accommodation, one would expect free laundry facilities. Other, cheaper similar accommodation offers free laundry facilities. Small issue in grand scheme of things.

My stay was quite enjoyable for the Jackson Wang concert. The staff was helpful especially the man who checked me in. He helped pick out a good way to get to barclays center. I still made a mistake, but that wasnt on him. They answered any questions that I had. Before arriving, responded to my questions quite fast. It was about two miles from Barclays Center. The bed was firmer than I liked but that's a preference. They had soup spoons which I prefer the regular spoon, but it worked for my oatmeal. They had salt and pepper so didnt have to use mine. I forgot my mouth wash and the staff gave me one as well as shower caps that didnt ask for. It shows they go beyond and that their customer service is good. There is minor signs of wear and tear on the desk and the bathroom wall. Overall the room is good and liked it. The room was quite cute. I would recommend a stay here and will keep them in mind for future stays in the area. Thank them for a wonderful stay.

It was a huge place for New York or any standards! Close to metro stops! Clean, beautiful building! Would absolutely stay there again ands recommend to a friend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was bigger than we expected and super clean. The location was great, close to the subway, Battery Park, and with a market right on the corner of the building. Our daughter didn't want to leave, we'd definitely stay again.

Very nice location, wonderful building. We were sharing the Studio for 4 persons, but we had only 3 stools and one armchair, a part of that we would come back :)

Kasa at Mint House is a superb location so close to Wall Street and numerous subway stations . The accommodation is excellent with everything you need and more . The service we have received from the staff during the booking , checking in and on site care has been fantastic and as good as I have experienced anywhere . Perfect stay for my Family. Apartment top, geocery at the corner, close to the Tram Station. A Greek bakery with delicious Croissants is also close to the Hotel.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and spacious for a 1 bedroom in New York. The area was great, just a couple of blocks from every subway line. There was relatively large market on the same block that was very convenient. Overall we had a great experience and would absolutely stay there again.

Likes: Accommodating staff, large room. Beautiful art deco building interior. Dislikes: Gap under door to an adjoining room that could admit noise. Staff kindly relocated us to a room with no connecting door when we requested.

I will be staying here again! The area is beautiful and there are train stations everywhere and close to this location. There’s a coffee and grocery market in the hotel so you really can have it all at this place. The washer and dryer was a plus for my family’s. So happy we stayed here.

Absolute gem to stay out while in NYC. I would 1000% stay here again. Spacious, clean, quiet, upscale. Definitely recommend!

Greenville The location is perfect. Check in is a little tricky, but when you email them for help they respond quickly. The beds are very comfortable. The chairs are plastic and uncomfortable to sit on long. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with 6 people and we had plenty of room for all of us.

The space was spacious, clean, and quiet. It was a great space to stay for a few days. During the weekend, the FiDi tends to be pretty quiet since most people aren't at work, but during the week there's a lot of people walking around and lots of easy to get to restaurants. It's a 5 min. walk from the Sea Glass carousel. The large king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen had a stovetop with a tea kettle, a large fridge, water boiler, and a dishwasher. When you first enter, there's a couch and "living room" area with a coat closet and extra linens. There were also a few different areas for storage, which was great, especially when traveling with a couple friends.

Nice spacious suite in FiDi. Clean and quiet, would recommend. Likes: Great location in FiDi, spacious suite, quiet. Dislikes: Room service wasn’t perfect. Beds were not done.
