Amazing stay at Mint House NYC – felt like home! We absolutely loved our stay at Mint House. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and they serviced our room every day — something you don’t always get in apartment-style hotels. Our one-bedroom unit was huge for New York City standards, spotless, and really comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — easy access to multiple subway lines, great restaurants, and coffee spots just around the corner. Overall, it was the perfect mix of space, comfort, and convenience. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!

There were no hangers in the outer closet. No extra toilet paper or Kleenex.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. They need some help with their TV and media that is provided. Likes: The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for my needs. Dislikes: TV, media situation is abominable. Absolutely no way to keep up with current events.

Excellent location, friendly staff and spacious room! Likes: Very close to the subway station, friendly and helpful staff, big room, everything you need for a week stay and very clean (I’m very picky with cleanliness).

Cozy Stay We had an amazing stay, even though it was just for one night. We even got a room upgrade, which was one of the highlights of our NYC trip. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in New York.

Horrible service. Money grab. Trying to charge me 1000 dollars because they found the end of a smoked joint, not mine. No burn damage. No mention of smell. I would not and did not smoke in this hotel room, as I'm asthmatic. nor was anything damaged to incur 1000$. Getting refunded by my bank.

Large apartment sized spaces with great prices! Excellent apartment sized spaces very reasonably priced in downtown. Walking Distance to the World Trade Center and a short cab or subway ride to any place in New York City. Great gym in the basement and dining options.

One of the best hotels in the financial District of Manhattan. The bar in the lobby was amazing the rooftop bar I’ve never seen any better views of a city. The rooms were great. The staff was amazing shot out to T. She was amazing. Brought me a birthday cake to my door 30 minutes after checking in and everything was 5 to 15 minute walk from food to coffee, The liquor store is right at the corner. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel.

Outstanding experience- stay was stress free, and staff went out of there way to accommodate. Spacious suites containing everything needed for pampered stay and more! Audiophiles- Each room is equipped with a turntable with records that you pick out in main lobby! Very good coffee shop on main floor and the Over Story observatory bar on there 64th floor makes this a perfect stay. Reservations and booking services are run on line only- was difficult getting someone on phone for questions, however emails and texts were answered within the hour. Highly recommended to the discerning traveler wishing a different prospective view of NYC!!

Perfect accommodations for a family with a toddler for a long weekend. Likes: Great amenities, super clean, having a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom meant much smoother travels for our trip with a two year old. Fantastic coffee shop in the lobby and thoughtful touches throughout the unit (wireless Qi chargers all over, laundry pods, nice toiletries). Really made our time in the city easy and comfortable. Dislikes: As a former New Yorker I wouldn’t choose FiDi as my top pick for a neighborhood to stay in BUT that being said, it was perfect and convenient and honestly, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the property!

Likes: Amazing hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Thanary Gonzales at the reception — she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay in lower Manhattan. Lots to see in the immediate area and great food/amenities. Excellent access to subways to get anywhere in NYC. Room was very large and comfortable for the family. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible stay made unforgettable by the amazing staff! We stayed at Mint House at 70 Pine Street and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived after 20 hours of travelling, the lovely T on reception went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’d forgotten our travel adaptor, and without hesitation she found us two right away — an absolute lifesaver after such a long journey. T didn’t stop there — she helped make my wife’s 30th birthday truly special. We walked into our room to find a birthday cake, badge, and flowers waiting for her. Such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. During our stay, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, and once again, T was there at reception, calm and reassuring, letting everyone know it was a false alarm. Her professionalism and warmth really stood out. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed — a perfect home away from home in the heart of NYC. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the city. Huge thanks again to T and the team for making our trip so special.

This was a beautiful, one bedroom apartment with a modern kitchen which is well-stocked and a full-sized refrigerator and oven. It was really great having 2 full bathrooms. The location is fabulous.

Special occasion worthy Wonderful hotel with a dining experience at SAGA that was outstanding. Rooms are pared down but very tasteful. Loved it.

Likes: Living space was very roomy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great! Dislikes: The code to the elevator and apartment were to long 6 digits plus a character hard to remember

A unique property in the Wall Street area. The room is very large, which was a wonderful surprise. Linens were awesome. There was construction on the street and some loud noises periodically which wasn’t great. Nice to have a coffee shop in the ground floor also no restaurant in the hotel but separate restaurants and food options in the building.

The Mint house never ceases to amaze me! This was my first time staying at the NYC location and it was a memorable and unique experience, just as I knew it would be. Gizzel at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and such a gracious hostess. When my husband and I arrived, flustered from our long trip, she kindly helped me book an extra night and even showed me a tour of their room options for future travels to the city as I will be frequently visiting Manhattan in the next year. The gentleman at the front desk also helped my husband and were always so patient and accommodating. I’ll probably be back in November, that’s how amazing this hotel and their staff are! My dogs always love cuddling in their plush beds as well. Thank you again beautiful Gizzel and the rest of Mint House!

The building is spectacular, however it is hard to appreciate it because it is covered up on the outside. The inside is gorgeous tho. The staff what super friendly and helpful. There is a full grocery store around the corner. I would change the curtains, they are hard to open y cover half the window. Other than that, the place is amazing.

Spacious luxurious and stylish apartment in the heart of lower Manhattan Excellent base in NY downtown. Very safe and central. The apartment is huge and well equipped. The bed very comfortable and it was quiet. An added bonus were the superb rooftop bar (book with the concierge in the lobby) and the Black Fox cafe for breakfast. Reception was very helpful too. We used the wholefood supermarket round the corner for our food shop. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mint House over a weekend. It is located inside a beautiful art deco high rise and the room/bathroom were huge by NY standards. The room came with a mini-kitchen and record player. We never heard a sound from other guests and even the street noise was minimal. The bed and pillows were perfect. The Mint is conveniently located near two subway lines, we always felt safe walking around, even at night, and there are food options around every corner, including an excellent coffee shop (Black Fox) in the building lobby. The communication with the hotel (both email and texts) was spot on and very helpful. All of the FiDi/Wall Street points of interest are nearby - I would highly recommend.

The hotel was very hard to find even with the description given. The hotel wasn't what I considered luxury. I have a pet-peeve about rust and dirty air filters.

Special Downtown Hotel A beautiful, beaux-arts building in a well-located spot downtown. The check-in staff are always delightful, and the rooms are always impeccable. A good choice for a downtown stay, and the nearby subways connect you to anywhere else you need to go. The room rates vary considerably across dates, so if you're flexible, you might be able to snag a decent rate (by NYC standards).

Top Unterkunft, superfreundliches Personal! Likes: Super Lage, top Ausstattung, jede Menge Platz. Wir sind mit einem Säugling gereist und es war alles da. Super Frühstückslokal im selben Haus und alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Dislikes: Es war am Abend teilweise ein bisschen laut in unserem Zimmer. Für uns nicht tragisch, aber für ein Baby manchmal schwierig einzuschlafen.

Great vlicstion and fantastic staff

The rooms are incredibly spacious for NYC. The bed is super comfortable and everything was quiet. The Kitchen is a luxury for a hotel stay, and well-designed. You have a large walk-in closet and a large bathroom. The turntable with albums was really fun. In the lobby is a wonderful espresso bar. And the rooftop bar was unbelievably spectacular, despite the 1 1/2 hour wait. Eataly close by, has great, affordable food in a nice atmosphere. Mezcali is also a terrific, beautiful and affordable restaurant nearby. You also have transportation to everywhere in the city within about a block. The drawbacks were few. Because our side of the building was feet from the next building, natural light doesn't penetrate the room. They could be better about towels. We had a single washcloth for two people on the first day, and none on the next days, and one hand towel. You must reserve room cleaning at the reception. Finally, the Financial District just feels dark because it is the oldest part of the city, with looming buildings and a labyrinthine topography. The sun has no chance of getting down to the street in many parts. But that is NYC. We would stay here again, for sure.
