Zayir at the reception was extremely helpful and always very responsive to our requests, which made our stay easier.
The location is excellent—very close to metro stations, restaurants, and attractions. The building itself feels secure, and it has a great grocery store inside as well as a nice gym. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.
That said, there were a couple of problems in the apartment. Most importantly, the built-in dishwasher’s wooden panel had nails sticking out from the back (used to fasten the cover), which created a safety issue. Also, housekeeping could be improved a little.
